⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quite Possibly the Cutest Gift I’ve Ever Given
I bought this Paris‑themed gift box for a friend and honestly… I’m a little jealous to be handing it over. I had a sneaky peek before wrapping it and everything inside is just adorable. The whole theme is spot on — every item matches perfectly, from the socks to the pouch to the heart stirrers and those macaron wax melts that look good enough to eat.
The quality is gorgeous, the presentation is beautiful, and it feels so thoughtfully put together. It genuinely looks like something you’d find in a little boutique tucked away in Paris.
I’ve now subscribed to the monthly Treatbox — and I can only hope every box is as good as this one!

I absolutely adored the box I received…
I absolutely adored the box I received for my partner. What I particularly loved was the hand written card, it felt so personal. The other bits in the box were such great quality and they looked amazing.

Lovely items, but didn’t fit letterbox
Lovely items, beautifully packaged and delivered within 24 hours. Just wish it was more suitable for letterbox delivery (postman left it outdoors in the rain).

Disappointing customer service
I’m writing this because my daughter is too nice to!
She ordered a gift box with a message that was meant to say “we have twin brains.” - because her and the recipient are so similar.
Instead, it was HAND written as “twin babies.”
That effectively turned the gift into what read like a surprise pregnancy announcement.
She emailed politely to make you aware, not asking for compensation whatsoever, simply flagging it in case it happened again and affected someone else in her position (she found out she can't have children recently).
But she received no response at all.
Mistakes happen!
But when you sell handwritten personalised gifts, accuracy and accountability matter - and so does responding to customers.

Firstly, I’m so sorry that your daughter didn’t receive a reply to her email, that shouldn’t have happened, and I completely understand why that would feel disappointing. She took the time to write to us so kindly, and we’re genuinely sorry that we missed the opportunity to respond properly at the time.
We’re also deeply sorry for the mistake in the handwritten message. Personalised gifts carry so much meaning, and we know how important it is that they’re written exactly as intended. We never want a mistake like that to take away from such a special gift.
We have since contacted your daughter directly to apologise and to make this right.
We’re a small team, and while that’s never an excuse, we are constantly improving our processes to ensure every gift and every customer experience receives the care and attention it deserves.

Excited to send my friend a treatbox, excellent service
Excited to send my friend a treatbox, as she deserves a bit of a pick me up. Wonderful selection of goodies to put in it and I know she's going to love the personalised, handwritten note that comes with it.
Also I managed to put the wrong address on the order and the wonderful customer service stopped the order and readdressed it for me before the parcel accidentally came to me. Was so happy they could help me after I did that! Thanks again Molly!

My experience was great with this company, my one of box for my daughter birthday was so lovely done. She loved it. The pyjamas are great quality. We had to change them for a different size, this was done so easily and quickly, very good customer service

Monthly box of self care
I have subscribed to the monthly box on my 2nd month and it has not disappointed. As a busy full time working mum it's nice to come home and find a box of self care waiting for me full of lively surprises. The socks are so soft. There's items I wouldnt try that I have found to really like.

Excellent, delivered on time and well received
I sent a number of boxes out to members of my team as recognition for a job well done, and they loved them! I had lots of them exclaim how delicious the cookies were, and overall they just loved the gift. Delivery was quick and on time, highly recommend ! My only comment would be, please do a cheaper version of the build your own! With so many to buy my budget per box is not big enough for a build your own, but I can't send out the same box over and over again, so I will run out of choice.
