The bulbs I ordered were just what I needed to keep my tree going another year!

I love that I can call and actual talk to someone. If I had to leave a message my call was always returned.

Ornaments came in great condition. All is good.

Great surprise Xmas gifts for my two sons and their families. And me! Xmas trees and decorations now put away until next year. Illuminated 6ft Palm trees are still up --and will likely stay up! New Hampshire winters can be long and dark.

Used the tree for the 1st time this past Christmas (2025); the lights are bright & fill the tree; putting it together was easy & the branches fill in well with a little straightening & bending.

My light problem was resolved. It took a couple of tries but, everyone was
patient and helpful and communication was great.

I needed light bulb replacements. It was easy to order online and I received the bulbs in a week.

The tree is beautiful and easy to arrange. It does not have lights, but was supposed to have a cord and foot control, and it doesn’t, therefore four stars. One corner of the box was damaged by the metal post (the plastic protector had come off) so I was worried, but it’s all in good condition.

We can hardly wait for Christmas 2026! Our tree is going to make our space so cozy.

I really like the tree that I ordered. The first one delivered did not have the burlap base but a black bucket. I contacted Treetime and they told me the burlap base was unstable but they would replace the one that I had if I wanted. I did so we swapped the trees.

You Had the bulbs I needed and delivery was fast.

Personal customer service is top-notch and real people to speak with. My first artificial tree that I swore I would never get. Quality of tree is pretty good. Some plastic needles have extra "tags" from mold pour over; rubber on the "trunk" of tree easily comes off with contact of assembly/dis-assembly (which happens during manufacturing); shiny metal screws on trunk very visible on this model of tree; and twine around metal branches are unraveling. I placed felt pads over shiny screws and cut strips to cover chrome showing on "bark" which worked great. The lighting options are awesome and I even kept it up past New Years!!

tree had lots of holes in it

That was a gorgeous artificial tree, we got a lot of compliments.
Treetime rep was genuinely personable and pleasant to work with on the phone answering my questions. Transaction was clear and comprehensive.

Our tree had broken lights on one of the 3 tiers and, of course, it was out of warranty. Selected a different tree and it was delivered within 3 days.

No one responds to inquiries about my order.

Order placed- a few days later a cryptic email that thanks me for reaching out about an item being out of stock.

No reply when I ask about the other items on my order.

No response when I said are you sure you want me to submit a review about your customer service?

I’m not sure if that is a no reply email or not.

I sent the email on 12/21/2025.

The replacement bulbs worked perfectly in my window ornament.
