Quick shipping, but unfortunately, you use fed ex for shipment. They said the tree would come Weds. then Thursday, then Friday and it was finally delivered on Saturday and left at the far end of the carport.

The women who helped answer our questions about burnt bulbs of our 6 yr old tree was awesome. More than helpful.

Customer service was responsive to my questions and the shipping was fast. We have been enjoying the realism of the tree…our first artificial tree ever.

I’ve searched everywhere to get replacements for my tree and this place had them. They were so easy to find on their website with clear definitions for each type of bulb. I am sooooo happy.

When I ordered my ribbon, it said it would be here by the 17th. I called to check on the status,and was also told it would be here by the 17th. It didn't get here until the 20th. Very, very disappointing!

Our tree is beautiful!! It was easy to set up and it fits perfectly in our space. We purchased the 7.5 Stockton Spruce with multi-colored incandescent lights. We are very pleased with the number of lights and the amount of branch tips for hanging ornaments. We called with a few questions before ordering and the associate we talked with was so helpful. We would definitely order from this company again. We love our tree!

The pictures don’t do this tree justice, it’s amazing. It was time for me to retire our old 8 foot tree with all its broken lights. I bought last minute over the web without seeing it in person. I was worried it would be too small, it wouldn’t have enough lights and not live up to my old tree. What a pleasant surprise. It’s light, easy to put together and stunning. I couldn’t be happier with our new tree and highly recommend TreeTime trees.

I live in a tiny house, so I can't have a big Christmas tree. The 1 and 1/2 ft. tree is perfect for the top of a cabinet or bookcase or end table. I loved this tree so much that I have three of them!
