I live in a tiny house, so I can't have a big Christmas tree. The 1 and 1/2 ft. tree is perfect for the top of a cabinet or bookcase or end table. I loved this tree so much that I have three of them!

We needed replacement bulbs for our tree and I found them quickly on their website and ordered what I needed even though our tree was like 10 yrs old.

Better than most. My order did not come in. But the times I called about they we’re knowledgeable about the order and helpful. Called to let me know the merchandise was not coming when they knew. At that time I said I would shop with them again even though the merchandise failed to come in and I still would. Great personal

Cancelled my order - which was of course very disappointing and I know that can happen. But what bothered me was how cool and business-like your notice was, without even a sincere apology.

Liked that the trees were more rustic and pre-lit. The branches are a bit sparse, could use more -

I would’ve given the tree five stars but Treetime does not allow customer photos. I spent a lot of time debating on whether or not to order from treetime because I kept thinking that maybe the trees aren’t nice and the reviews are fake. I like to see Customer photos so I can decide if the tree is for me or not. Another recommendation I would like to suggest is having a person standing next to the photos they have online so I can see how big the tree really is going to be. Other than that I really like my tree. I bought the un lit version so I didn’t have issues with the lights failing. It’s really hard to tell the tree is fake. The few people who saw it thought it was real. The 6.5 version is wide and looks very realistic compared to a real tree. The color is a beautiful green not too dark not too light. It actually has a variation in color. The branch tips are lighter than the inner parts. I am 5 foot three and on the stand, the tree is a good foot taller than me. The top is not a skinny thin branch. It’s a nice topper. The branches go in and out, which makes it look really realistic. I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered early December and I had my tree within a week. The fluffing is very time-consuming and if you don’t fluff it properly, it won’t look as realistic. So spend time fluffing.

The order was processed quickly and correctly. No complaint there. However even after fluffing all the branches you can still see through the tree much differently than the pictures when I ordered it. It is very sparse mostly in the middle and it just does not have the appearance of a real tree for that reason. I paid too much money for something so disappointing in that regard.

Tree looks great - very similar to photos. Delivery time was very abbreviated.

The tree did not look anything like the picture. My husband didn’t even want to tell me what it cost to ship back and I’m sure you will charge a restocking fee!

When my grown so saw the tree he laughed. This year is the first year in 41 years I do not have a tree decorated
