We had an issue with our billing. Beverly took control of this and although it took a long time for the supplier to sort it, she kept in touch with us to give us updates. While this was a very frustrating issue Beverly did a great job of helping us and pestering the supplier to make the necessary changes.

CLA Energy Services have provided a first class service in reviewing the electricity provision for our small business and in securing a fixed rate tariff with a new provider. Aaron Lee has been very easy to communicate with, whether by email or by phone, and quick to respond to queries throughout the process. Following the changeover he has carried out checks to make sure that everything is as it should be, and he has quickly and successfully challenged our previous provider when we were significantly overcharged on a final invoice, that had been based on estimated usage.
When dealing with the day to day running of a small business, it is refreshing to be able to find support of this kind and, from my personal experience, I would highly recommend CLA Energy Services.
