Reasonable service, great coverages

Haven’t seen my cancellation yet. Actually I was a day ahead with making a complaint on the cancellation. The policy has now been cancelled and I will await my refund.

It was very easy for me to complete.

I would give them less than 1 star. DO NOT USE THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT. They will find any loophole in their policy to NOT pay. YOU HAVE BEEN warned!

This company's application was very simple and easy and very upfront with all the information. After I submitted my application through the mail the approval was done very quickly and I was not required to send a check in the mail or put my bank account information on the application at that time through the mailing process, especially with all the issues and theft taking place with the postal system.

Customer service is horrible. No one seems to want to help or assist you much less guide you to someone that can. They lie and never let me talk to management or corporate refuse to help access my own online account.

Not a complicated process.

The fine print is not some deceptive jargon like with many other institutions. The agent I spoke with was so clear and straightforward and patient! He answered all my questions about understanding life insurance over all and what to expect. I feel so confident and prepared.

Horrible representation. Michael was very pushy and misleading which resulted me questioning what he was trying to sell. He told me he was a broker from my current insurance company and that I was over paying and he was going to get me a better rate and money back. Horrible experience and I requested to cancel my policies I was still billed for an additional month. In addition to the policies they attempted to sell me the price was cheaper but the amount of insurance was significantly less. They also told me, after the fact that the money back was the cash value of my current policies that I would have to cancel in order to get any money back. Michael was not honest and truthful, very much misleading and dishonest. He also had no regard for the fact that I was meeting my family for dinner but was just trying to make a quick sale. He also called my phone number asking for my minor son and then told me Thai he couldn’t get me any better rates for said son because he was a minor. The whole experience was horrible and I have since called and spoke to a representative to cancel my policies.
