These guys installed my new bathroom within time and on budget....which is all I wanted, no hidden charges and no BS. Oh and they were very polite and courteous too!

First-rate customer service!! Ryan was professional, prompt, issue was dealt with efficiently and, importantly, he put time and consideration into explaining not only the fault in simple terms but also all the pros and cons of the options available to me. No hidden costs or surprises, everything laid out on the table from the start and cannot recommend these guys enough! Great experience from start to finish, will absolutely be using again.

We had a blocked drainage. A plumber visited us, inspected the situation, and we were charged £150. The plumber said he will come back to finish off the job after the weekend. We thought the following job was included in the first invoice, but then they charged us an additional £270.69 arbitrarily for the second visit without giving us the quote ahead. We tried to contact the customer service about this but they were extremely impolite and unwilling to look into the situation.

Pleasant plumber, prompt service, quality advice and (key) I didn't feel like the guy was trying to bill me for every minute he was there, or to sell me unnecessary add-ons (compare and contrast with famous plumbers being with p and ending in o). He also came back for a checkup, gratis. Won't use anyone else now. Spot on. Please maintain this super service, uber!

I am so impressed by the service I have had from Uber Plumbers. Within one day of my quote, I have got a brand new boiler fitted and everything working perfectly even though there were any number potential problems with the installation. The guys who did the job were Glenn (who also did the quote), Ryan and Steve. They were lovely people, worked really hard and quickly and my flat was left immaculately clean and tidy. I have just had that hot bath I was so looking forward to - thanks guys!

Gary arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and polite and went the extra mile to try to resolve a problem with the boiler (a Santon). The company quote was less than others as well. All in all a very positive experience.

Excellent service, they provided clean, punctual, polite, and a knowledgeable service when replacing/installing my new boiler on very short notice, would use again and I highly recommend these guys.

Uber turned up to quote on schedule and were very clear about options and relative benefits. I got an appointment to get the work done in a couple of days. They turned up promptly in the morning, working quietly and constantly through the day, periodically updating me and then clearly explained how everything in the new system worked. Cost of work was very much in the middle- not rock bottom, but nowhere near as high as some alternatives.

We contacted Uber Plumbers first on Wednesday and on Saturday we already had the new water heater perfectly installed. Glenn and Ryan did an excellent job! They cleaned all the garbage after the work and caused us (and our neighbors) as little trouble as possible. Thank you so much! Uber Plumbers are indeed pricey, but the service is definitely worth it!

I was initially impressed by the speed at which I could get an uber plumber. Tony arrived promptly for both appointments I had. He phoned ahead to give me a 30 min warning. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He fixed both my washing machine problem and my toilet leak efficiently. He explained the nature of the problem and what he was doing. Great service. I needed a company to fix my broken boiler at short notice. When all local trusted companies seemed to be booked up, Uber called back within a short timeframe sending me an email to confirm the booking which reassured me they would come. Glen was the heating engineer and he was knowledgeable and effective fixing the problem whilst explaining the cause and giving a few do and don't tips. Would highly recommend company and engineer.

Our plumber Anthony did a great job, completed quickly and without mess - plus he was very helpful to me (helped me with my pram etc). I would not hesitate to use Uber again.

I called late afternoon with an enquiry about a non-emergency job and was booked in for an appointment first thing the following morning. The plumber arrived early within the two-hour window I was given and had fixed the problem within the hour. Very friendly, honest and thorough service from the start of the process to the finish. I would definitely recommend these guys, particularly Tony, who was informative and knowledgeable. Payment was also very straightforward, with my invoice emailed to me immediately, with a handy link to PayPal. A very happy customer!

I called in the afternoon, they came the next morning as arranged. Very friendly, knowledgeable plumber. Identified the problem immediately and is going to return to fix it.
