The problem was quickly sorted and on a Sunday afternoon as well. A very personal and professional engineer attended our home and resolve the issue with the drains. I am very grateful to the company for sorting this out so efficiently

Issue sorted with the minimum of fuss. The timescale.for the repair was 4 days but that was due to having tonorder a part for the boiler.

Following a constant tripping at the consumer box resulting in partial house power failure used my Home Insurance emergency call out. The electrician who called was very quick and thorough in diagnosing the fault during the evening call out. Unfortunately couldn’t call on the day off call out, Sunday, but did come early evening the next day.

Very easy to use, the initial form was easy to fill out and everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.

Speed of service from call out to fully fixed toilet in less than 3 hours with a 2 man team who were stars with their get in with it attitude and so polite.

The engineer arrived within 2 hours of reporting the fault and promptly fixed the boiler. He was also keen to clean up after himself.

Sedgwick contacted me the same day when I had the issue and assigned a plumber when I needed the most.
Communication and execution was very good

They fixed the problem once I had identified the precise cause. Note that they will not respond unless the source of the problem has already been identified and access to make the repair has been prepared. That's not always possible for leaks and in such circumstances there will be no emergency response.
