Very good experiences dealing with UKPOS (Georgia & Rosie) - supporting with retail requests covering the whole of the UK for a major symbol group can be challenging. However, the offer, organisation & efficiency has been second to none for all projects.

I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I was required to approve the print, which I hadn’t initially agreed to, and it took me two weeks to realise that approval was needed—for just a single print. After I eventually approved it and expressed my concerns, there was no delivery, no tracking information, and no further communication. Overall, a very poor experience and not something I would recommend.
