Ultramarathon Running Store Bewertungen

Bought products from them on and off for years, just recently had an issue ,emailed and was sorted same day, best customer service going ..

Great customer service, prompt replies. Great selection of items. I would highly recommend.

High quality specialised running items.
Excellent customer service. Huge thanks to Keith.

Items sent super quickly! It was the only shop that still had any of Courtney Dauwalters Injiji socks in stock. Would buy from here again.

I opted out of marketing emails but still received a survey questionaire.

Socks featured in the Guardian Gift Guide and although they didn't look like a typical sock, they turned out really well. Very comfortable and good for running. (Injinji Women's Ultra Run Socks - Mini Crew - Glacier - XS/S)

Upon erroneously selecting the incorrect shipping option, Keith promptly corrected it. Great service all round

Ordering from the site was quick and easy.
Communication and emails about my delivery were good.
Item arrived very quickly and was safely packaged.
Very impressed all round on the great service.

Good service and communications, item arrived well packaged and with a returns label and pre-paid label which thankfully I will not need.

I'm a newbie to long distance running and also hoping to complete the MDS. The advice and support from Keith has been the best. He even recommended a shoe model he didn't sell! The delivery and return service is invaluable and enables you to order without any concerns if it's not quite the right fit. Finally I did have a problem with a rucksack and it was returned for a refund without hesitation. Absolutely brilliant and will buy from here whenever possible. Kits not cheap so important to get it right. Thanks Keith!

As always, great service, often speedier than advertised dispatch and very quick to answer queries and offer appropriate advice on kit. Really good quality products have I have trusted to get me comfortably to the finish line of quite a few ultra marathons.

Ordered item Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Quick and easy. No problems. Would use this website again.

Absolutely brilliant!

I love using Ultramarathon running store! Used for 4-5 orders now - Speedy delivery, paper bags(!), free returns and they're all round really helpful.

Will continue to order from them where items available. Thank you!

You can actually call a real person! Keith is very helpful and resolved my query very quickly.

Great service!

Based on my great experience and the quality of running socks I bought last year, I'm a repeat visitor and bought two more (different) pairs. On checkout I selected 2-3 day delivery, and URS instead sent it 1st class so it arrived the next day in sustainable packaging and the option to return if needed. Service is outstanding!

First class experience as always, many thanks to Keith and the team :-)

Selection, purchase and delivery was seamless; the comprehensive information, photos and videos on the website were invaluable and my additional (text) enquiry was answered promptly. Delivery was faster than I’ll ever be. The UltrAspire Basham Race Vest is everything I hoped for, light and cool I barely noticed it last night on its first outing on the trails but with capacity to carry every eventuality the Scottish Highlands can throw at you.

Faultless service, including returns. Carefully chosen products that may be hard to find elsewhere. And a real love of the sport.

Great service - very speedy dispatch and delivery (despite it being the standard delivery method)
Love the store - good range of products. I particularly like the UltrAspire products, seem to be generally well thought through and designed - often can be difficult to get elsewhere.
