Very disappounting experience
Very disappounting experience! We had calls form their sales staff all the time until we sighned up and paid £5,500 last April! Service not worth it at all. Don't be fooled into paying any money to this company up front! My daughter has been chasing them for 2 days to book interview prep for 3 medicine interviews - they have closed for business on 19th and opening on 5th January - this is a company priding themselves with excellent service in preparing students for Oxbridge and medicine schools - I wonder how they can claim that when in the 2 weeks before January and when students are off school they close for business. My daughters tutor e-mailed her and said that he has exams until 27th january and unavailable for any lessons! Absolute joke!

- UniAdmissions operates with clearly communicated Christmas closure dates, which were in place over the holiday period and supported by out-of-office notifications and prior notification to our clients. Messages received during this time were addressed promptly once our offices reopened, although we remained available for urgent requests.
- We took immediate steps to resolve your queries by assigning you a new tutor within 24 hours of reopening, allowing your daughter’s preparation to continue smoothly – well in advance of her interview date on the 29th January.
- We would also note that since resuming communication on the 4th January, we have not received further responses to progress scheduling.
Our team works year-round to support students applying to highly competitive courses, and we place great importance on clear communication, tutor quality, and continuity of support. Tutor availability during university examination periods is managed carefully, and where changes are required, we act quickly to ensure students remain well supported.
We remain committed to providing high-quality preparation and are always happy to engage directly to move things forward constructively.

Marty with the MLAT :)
Marty was so great and really helped me solidify aspects of the MLAT that I would not have been able to be confident in by myself. She was amazing at creating practice tests that challenged me but also helped with my confidence and overthinking, as well as giving different-style homework tasks in between our sessions that would help beyond the MLAT.
