Michelle in the metering department went above and beyond to provide me good service
Michelle in the metering department was extremely helpful and proactive in finding me a suitable appointment for the engineer to survey the property before installing my smart meter.
The engineer that visited my property was also extremely helpful and completed the smart meter installation very quickly.

Started well, then pushed from department to department...after putting a claim in for laminate floor which was damaged by your water meter leaking. Your legal team are looking at my claim, and we are still waiting. We are both nearly in our 80's and feeling very stressed. Rang claims dept...no answer!!
