Staff are really helpfull
Staff are really helpfull , excellent service but my request for an october 6 monthly bill has not been sent . Having explained to my recent phone call about the really high bill , they said the team would look into the circumstances to try and reduce it for me . I look forward for rsponse many thanks

Losing the will to live
Actual meter readings and UU estimates of usage are significantly more and as a consequence so are my bills. I have made several frustrating phone calls to UU and tried to follow their advice as to how to verify the problem. The instructions differ call to call and the calls are long winded and long due in part to the insistence on repeating a script even after me explaining the actions I have already taken. I have also received a number of so called updates to my bill which are completely illogical . The latest shows three figures balances of £11k, £2k and a revised monthly payment of £65. No attempt to reconcile any of those numbers. Meanwhile as requested I am slavishly noting my meter readings three times a day. As a moderate intelligent partner in an investment bank trying to understand UUs billing defeats me.
