Upack delivered from beginning to end five star service. Staff were friendly, helpful and explained things in detail – no nasty surprises or hidden costs. Their prices were reasonable, and both on the origination and destination part the local staffing were top-notch.

Amazing customer service; they made my move across country easy and stress free. I'll only use upack for any future moves. Absolutely worth the money!

They were on schedule and on time. We had 17 ft. allocated in the truck and we used every bit of it. Upon destination everything was in great shape. I recommend U-Pack to do the driving for you! We are in our 70s but the included ramp made it almost easy.

Excellent customer service, I moved from Upstate NY to Florida using a pod. The drivers were so nice and service was excellent. Will definitely use again if I need to.

With a big move from California to Texas, they helped smooth the process. We were able to fill up the trailer in 3 days before it was picked up. For the day it was picked up, I asked for it to be picked up after 12pm and he agreed to come after then. We honestly should’ve pushed it back to after 2 because we could’ve added more to the trailer but that was on us and I don’t believe he came until around that time frame but before noon we closed it off and locked it. When it was in transit, I called to ask if they could move the delivery to a different address and they did.

The second time I’ve used for my cross country move. On time, no hidden cost, responsible dispatcher, good drivers, no negotiating the amount of cash tips by the movers on the day of, all went perfectly.

ABF was awesome from top to bottom, Drivers are very professional, I highly recommend ABF for are you moving needs.

Wonderful! Wonderful from the chats on the phone to set up the move to all the way to dropping off the trailer in Washington to getting my belongings to Missouri earlier from the estimated date. Delivery , was on time , pick up was great as well ,, shipping was within the timeframe allotted,,my pod was dropped off on the scheduled time and picked up on the schedule time as well ,,, experience 10/10 great service would recommend to anyone wanting to move 🙌🏾

Ramon handled our pickup and Nick took care of the delivery, and both were absolute pros! Both were friendly, efficient, and total experts at what they do. Honestly, just all-around badasses. Every time I called dispatch, an amazing human picked up right away and was actually kind and accommodating, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

The move itself (LA to NYC) was unbelievably fast.. our stuff actually arrived before we did, which blows my mind. Pricing was very fair, especially for a 3000-mile move, and the level of service exceeded every expectation.

Seamless process from start to finish! I received excellent customer service the two times I did call with questions (once to make the reservation, and again to ask about the pickup times). U-Pack was also the cheapest option that I found, so I couldn’t be happier. It was also a helpful feature to be able to track the location of the ReloCubes as they were shipped to me! U-Pack made the stress of moving easier. Hopefully I won’t have to move across the country again, but I will definitely choose U-Pack again if I need to.

This is our 2nd time to use U-Pack and the experience was just as good. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, competent, and helpful. The trucks showed up when they were supposed to and the drivers were great. It is so much more reasonable than using "professional" movers and way less hassle than U-Haul. Recommend highly!

U-Pack was great. Initially, when researching moving companies, we had a lot of questions. We called them several times before making our decision to use them. Every time we called, they were excellent at walking us through the process and answering our questions. Customer service was spot on. When they dropped off our truck, we had the opportunity to speak with the driver who was friendly and extremely helpful. The same for when our belongings arrived at our destination. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of moving.
