My second move with U-Pack. Very reliable, times and prices quoted were accurate from the start. Very predictable costing compare to other moving services, who also employ high pressure sales tactics. A little extra effort on my part over just letting someone else sweat the details, but well worth it.

I’m quite happy with U-Pack. I appreciate the flat rate without a bunch of additional fees. Great value well worth the price. The crate was clean, sturdy, and in good shape. No leaks and no damage in the cross country shipment. Pick up and drop off was smooth and those drivers are excellent with the forklift. U-Pack is a great way to go.

Company/customer service was outstanding. Great to work with in coordinating move. They delivered earlier than expected. Professional all the way. From drop off to pickup. Easy and smooth. Would use again.

I recently used U-Pack to move to a different state, about a 1,700-mile drive. I saw lots of good reviews, so I gave them a try. My experience was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I also want to give a shout-out to Oscar, who works in the Orange County area. He is so professional, polite, and customer-oriented. Not only him, but all the other professionals I worked with were amazing. I highly recommend their service (plus, the guaranteed delivery service with extra cost is totally worth it!)

My delivery wasn’t scheduled properly, but Sarasota office took care of it and made sure that I received my items since I was only in town for a short time. Pick up was prompt and the whole process was relatively seamless.

What a great experience, the container was the perfect size for a one bedroom move. They were right on time with the dropping of the container to the delivery of the container over 2500 miles away, down to the hour. Will definitely use again if and when we need it.

I have had the best moving experience with U-Pack Moving. We moved from Maryland to Georgia. The service we received from beginning to end was outstanding. The service I received from the office staff throughout the process was amazing. I had to cancel due to my husband’s illness and reschedule for the move of month later. In spite of that complication, the staff was professional, thoughtful and kind. This service inspired confidence in a move that was stressful for me, especially at this time. The pod arrived at our Omaha house a day late due to icy conditions, which was entirely reasonable. The delivery guy maneuvered it to fit on a deck adjacent to the driveway. It was equipped with a couple of ratchet straps which were helpful. Loading went well. Pick-up went well. The pod arrived in Baltimore several days ahead of schedule, and was delivered as requested. Although many things are still in their boxes, the china arrived without damage, which bodes well for everything else. This was a highly favorable experience. I will use U-Pack again for transport to places near one of their hubs. Sadly the other place I need to send things is about five hours from the nearest U-Pack station.

This was a quick and easy process besides pack the cube. The price was reasonable as well. No issues with any part of the process.

Everything about this moving experience was seamless. Moving is a stressful experience and UPack made it as easy as possible. Everyone was so friendly, so easy to talk to, customer service was fast and efficient, and scheduling the service as well as editing and updating our needs. I have moved many times including cross country and this was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had.

The whole experience was great. I was nervous, because it was my first time sending cargo to Puerto Rico, but everything went seamless. Great service all the way.

Moved our household to another state and the process was great. Unit delivered to house and we called them when we were done packing and they picked everything up. Told them the exact date we needed everything delivered to our new house and they did just that. Easy and great experience!!

We had a complicated move from Maine to Florida and the U-Pack experience was beyond expectations. We used the 28ft truck from ABF freight and they dropped it off and picked it up on both ends on our schedule. Communication was great and no hidden charges. Couldn't be happier and would use them again without hesitation.

Our move from Tacoma, WA to Kentucky was made easier with U-Pack options. If you know you have the loading help, this is the way to go!

It was so easy. Everyone was so friendly, customer support was great, drivers were nice. My items arrived undamaged and unmoved, with arrival being quick and easy. It's on your schedule completely and that's what made it so great for me. Highly suggest U-PACK, over Pods, or even Uhaul for big moves. I would've paid the same for a uhaul with gas and renting fees, plus a 12 hour drive. Upack drove it for me, made it easy and simple, and gave me peace of mind. Moving makes me nervous, but U-Pack made it stress free. Thanks a ton!!

UPack made it pretty easy. Sure lots of work to get ready, but the trailer drop offs (at both locations) was easy and on time. We used 2 28 foot trailers and hired professionals to load and unload. Lots of work but the Upack process was smooth and worry free. Our possessions arrived pretty much intact and the provided moving checklist was super helpful. Highly recommend the Upack service if you plan on moving yourself.

Well we all know that moving can be stressful at times. Hooking up with U-Pack was simple they said what day they would drop off the pack. and they picked it up and it was at my new address just as they said. Took the stress out of the move for me. Thank You and I would use them again
