Attorney Chris Kane and the entire staff get a🎖for their knowledge, patience, professionalism, courtesy. They really know what that are doing, making it look so easy and simple, like a waterslide.

I thought since I am on a promised and esigned payment plan that my bankruptcy case will be filed as soon as possible, but that didn't turn out to be the case. I'm only on a fixed income and can't afford to pay it all upfront, so I guess my creditors will continue to bug me and.............

Upright law made the process of filing a bankruptcy alot less stressful. They put me in contact with one of their affiliated lawyers who is very customer oriented and has a sense of humor. They also allowed me to make monthly payments, and helped me decide on a comfortable payment plan. If I was asked to recommend them, my answer would be, but of course.

I found the Company's staff to be very courteous and professional. I found the staff to be very responsive to my questions; however I did feel I had little access to my lawyer. After paying my fee in full, I only spoke with him for a total of 13 minutes when we went through the documents to be filed with the Court. This why I am giving the Company a four out of five.

Was treated very well. Stacey Davis was a pleasure to work with.

Sooo…I spoke to Brandon and was very taken by surprise because I did call a bankruptcy firm or did I? First, Brandon said the firm doesn’t help with repossession… WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT????? I’ve never heard this before in my life! I dodged a bullet because I got an attorney and my chapter 13 is in the works. I would never recommend that firm to anyone! Anyone who knows anything about bankruptcy wouldn’t allow them to represent their dog!!! Yikes!!!!!

With only asking how much my previous pay check was, instead of calculating my last 6 months of checkstubs, I was told that I made too much for Ch.13. I authorized a $100 before speaking with the attorney. I then find out that they want $1,830 before filing my bankruptcy. I was ignored for 2 days while I contacted the intake person, to request the payments stop. I spoke with someone who said I would not be receiving a refund, and I have no email stating that my payment plan is terminated. Waste of time and resources.
According to the Indiana law, I am eligible to file Ch 7 Bankruptcy.
