AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was told I could put my plan on hold until April after losing my job. I called today to speak with someone and was told I’d have to pay all these fees to start up again and before I could even finish my sentence I was hung up on! Great customer service (sarcasm.)

This firm is a racket to take from…
This firm is a racket to take from individuals that are in financial crisis. I contacted this form to file a Bankruptcy but before i could speak to an attorney an intact person took my information to see if I qualified. I reported all of my income including commission. During this call she requested payment at least 3 or 4 times. In her error she forwarded the wrong information to the Attorney. I received a call 3 or 4 days later from the Attorney and at that time she said i made too much money and couldn't file at this time. I canceled my account and it took 2 weeks for someone to call me about my refund. Once I spoke to someone he told me that I owed them $643 that would be subtracted from my payment. He said it would be 45 days before they could mail a check to me.
Since I am seeking a bankruptcy I need the remainder of my money to pay my bills. I feel taken advantage of and devastated. This firm should not be able to do this to people.
DO NOT CALL THIS FIRM...IT IS A RACKET and they prey on financial desperate individuals.

TERRIBLE TERRIABLE TERRIBLE! Assigned a good lawyer but no support at the main office. A bunch of robots and no personality bottomfeeders. Bottom line is they have my money now and don't give a crap! Run now while you have a chance. The lawyer I was assigned quit midway (never notified) because firm only pays them pennies. Hire a local not global lawyer and tell these punks to f/off!
