I have not had the best experience with this case, it has gone on since 2020. I have trying to talk with attorney and his assistant since October 2021. They had a court date, and case had to go further due to my certificate expired that I was unaware of because I wasn't properly informed. I've called upright and they haven't given me no information. Stated to contact the attorney who doesn't return my messages nor his assistant. This has been the worst experience in regards to dealing with this type of case. I paid my money and I haven't gotten anything resolve! They are not referable. The 2 stars for starting off okay!

Thanks to up right law for helping me get my finances back in order they were really helpful made it easy to file now I have a fresh start I would recommend them to anyone who need bankruptcy help they are the best

I have been very pleased with everything so far to help me through this process. Usually ready to answer questions. Definitely would recommend if the need arose.

My first call was extremely professional, I was informed of honest, thorough information and was provided instructions which were simple to follow and was offered on-going support during my process.

During the process of starting the bankruptcy , I read in the reviews about the refund if I terminated the process.
I spoke with the lawyer about 5 times from the time I initiated the paperwork. Most of my communication was with his secretary. The lawyer and I spoke about 5 to 8 minutes each time. The lawyer billed $349/hr. Out of approximately $1900 dollars, I will receive maybe $200.

While the emotional process of filing for bankruptcy may be personally difficult, UpRight Law made the procedure easy. An extremely helpful and qualified staff guided me through every step, every update, every phase of the filing.
They provided answers when needed, options when available, and best practices.

Liar’s 🤥 , don’t do anything they say they will do! Way better to just go to a local lawyer! They right there only good reviews! Don’t trust anything they say!!!! 2021!!!
