I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dom from Urban Splash management. From the moment I sent the enquiry everything was seamless I couldn’t have asked for any better. Dom was informative of every step of the process, the process was really quick and easy and made move in stresfree.

Our office inspection was facilitated by Kelly and hosted by Kirsty. Both were at the top of their game and couldn't be more helpful.

Dominic was super helpful with everything and any questions I had in the process. As it’s my first time renting i found it great how he explained the details and simplified the process. He worked around things I needed and just made it a good experience. Big thanks to him!

Working with Kelly at Beehive Mill was straight forward, easy and she was very supportive during the process.

We had an incredibly short deadline with a number of factors standing in the way. However, working with Ryan made things a great deal easier and ensured we got the agreement finalised on time. The space is exactly what we needed.

Throughout the process, Ryan was highly professional, navigating a number of external issues that often arise when finding the right business location. He worked seamlessly with our European team, understanding their needs and adapting to their working style, while also guiding myself and the UK team through the process.

Dealing with Urban Splash's Residential Letting team has been a very organised and professional experience.

After emailing them, and leaving a voice mail regarding a property, Grace called me and was very personable, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Grace also proactively called me back to offer me a better viewing time. Excellent work.

On the day of the viewing I met George. George had already called me to make sure I was ok with directions and timing etc.
Once again I was met with someone extremely personable, polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my hopes for living at the property.

Lastly, via email I corresponded with Roisin regarding referencing etc. I found Roison to be very polite, understanding, but above all extremely patient and excellent at her role. Roison kept me in the loop and notified me straight away if there was anything I'd missed. Excellent work yet again.

Vinnie from the Liverpool team is an absolute credit to the organisation, one of the most caring, helpful and honest people Ive ever met. Vinnie always goes above and beyond and makes everyone who walks through the door feel welcome. We also have a number of customers coming in and out of the building some of whom who are vulnerable Vinnie is always kind and patient with them and has built great relationships with everyone in the offices that he always knows where and who to send them too. He’s an absolute credit and we can’t thank him enough.

I work in Spaces within Urban Splash, I just want to give a shout out to Vinny and Kirsty they both go out there way daily to help with anything needed around the building. They are both always so friendly and willing to help with anything you require. Vinny has always got a smile on his face & is always willing to go the extra mile for you. Fantastic team together!

living in Leeds saxton gardens under urban splash has the been a nightmare. They are extremely bad at communication, does not care about the tenants. I would recommend on avoiding this agency at all cost.

One time the agency just let themselves in without letting me know which was invading privacy. They did not give me any reason for it, I caught this in my camera that I have on my flat.

Had an amazing experience with Urban splash. The building, its management and the apartment is amazing. Doms service was top tier, would highly recommend.

I'm leaving an Urban Splash property after 12 years, and I can't emphasise enough how considerate, organized, and helpful Adele (the Tenancy Renewal Coordinator) has been throughout that time. She's an excellent communicator when it comes to legal matters and has consistently gone above and beyond. I'll never forget her support and flexibility as the landlord’s representative during the pandemic—she truly was a star.

Carl the Building Manager at Beehive Mill is absolutely fantastic - he goes out of his way to help us with anything that we need & it's a pleasure to work in such a lovely building!

Dom at Urban Splash (US) and Roisin in the US parking team are so easy to deal with and always on hand to help - great communication and very efficient.
