A really easy move in process! Dom was very helpful!

I’ve recently rented a flat from urban splash in Leeds, and they’ve been phenomenal. Dom in particular has been super helpful. Would very much recommend.

I have recently moved in to a rental property managed by Urban Splash. The whole process has been great and so easy, with help from Dom who has provided great customer service and kept an open line of communication at all times to make sure we feel in the loop!

I recently moved into an Urban Splash managed rental property and honestly the entire experience was amazing, from the initial contact with the agent all way through to post move in catchup have been so organised. My agent Dom kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and met with me on the move in day to run through the apartment, building facilities and any queries I had.

Some light fittings were getting old and temperamental in our flat. But the guys came round and put in some really nice LED replacements that are brighter and also cheaper for us to run. Naomi was very efficient in getting this sorted for us.

Just wanted to say how happy we are with the new flat — we already feel at home in Park Hill. Thanks so much David Lewus for all his support throughout the moving process. He made what could’ve been a stressful time feel a lot easier!

Just moved in recently and had Dom as my agent :) All went smoothly and even before I’d moved in he’d made extra effort to let me view the apartment at a time convenient for me as I work tricky hours. I had to move in on a day security wasn’t in and Dom kept himself available for over an hour to open and lock the gates for us. Big up Dom, would definitely recommend!

Dom especially was great to speak with about any concerns we had while moving, and made sure to let us know that we can continue to message about any issues. Great spot and easy to get to the center, highly recommend if you're considering moving here!

Urban Splash has done an impressive job with the regeneration of Velvet Mill in Bradford. The blend of historic character with modern design is well-executed, bringing new life to the space. The apartments are stylish and well-thought-out, and the location offers great potential for a thriving community. However, some aspects of the development could be improved, such as better communication on project timelines. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to the area, and Urban Splash’s commitment to urban renewal is commendable!

Recently moved into a new flat via Urban Splash, Dom was helpful and always at the end of the phone for any queries I had concerning the move, everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the service they gave ,would definitely recommend them .

I have been renting with US for 4 years and they have been very helpful in a building that has had many issues and has been poorly managed by another company. Hence the 4 stars as the building was nothing short of cursed. Still, US did they best in a difficult set of circumstances. Special shoutout to George for being super nice at the start and end of my tenenacy.

Evil company, NO hot water or heating in the middle of winter (it’s been over a week now) and they are refusing to help people. Please stay away from RMG & Urban splash.

Had great service from Roisin who helped me with sorting my Parkin permit out.
