Wrong shipping was entered by Shop app. Sent an email immediately to have the correct address updated. No reply and was shipped 2 days later anyway without the correct address.

UPDATE:
Refund issued without a problem. Did receive timely communication about the refund.

I was able to find the whole saga of books in a set at a reasonable price. And they were delivered within the time that they were estimated to arrive in.

Books are in perfect condition and arrived promptly. Will purchase again!

I ordered a book set and was sent the wrong one. After a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth emails, customer service was rude and dismissive, but eventually promised that if I shipped the books back, they’d send the correct set and reimburse my shipping.

I paid $75 to ship the books back. I still have no replacement, no refund, and no shipping reimbursement.

At this point, it feels like I was lied to just to get the books back. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I bought a book set for my daughter back in November, for Christmas and the delivery date was Dec 9th. That date came and went with not receiving the books and I had to email this company multiple times before I got an answer. They basically said it was FedEx issue. After Christmas I emailed them again because we still haven't received the book set and they said it got lost in transit so they would send out another set and it would be at my house in 8 days. It's been 8 days and still no books. I think this company is a fraud and hope people don't get scammed like I did.

Shipping was quick but the book set came damaged. No padding between the box and the plastic wrapped box set. Contacted them via email and while they seemed to not want to try to put in a claim to FedEx (as I thought they were to blame initially) but were willing to send another set as it was a Xmas present. Just received the new copy and it was more damaged than the initial set, boxed the same exact way as the original delivery.

I received my order rather quickly. The only issue I have is that the books I ordered where 2 complete box sets yet they didn't come with the boxes. Only the books wrapped in plastic wrap. They were a gift for my son for his birthday. He loved them but I'm disappointed that they didn't come in the box since I bought the box sets. Other than that they were good. No issues
