From my initial visit through to collection Adam, Zee and all the staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. They left me to look at the car I'd seen online with no pressure at all to buy. I was able to test drive the car immediately. After agreeing to buy I left a deposit and was kept updated throughout the service process. They offered to deliver the car as I was local if I was unable to collect. The car was spotless on collection and everything was ready for me on arrival and they assisted me in sorting the road tax. First class customer service, nothing was to much for them..... far better than I had experienced at some mainstream dealers over the past few weeks. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quality car matched with fantastic customer service. Thank you for an easy process. I'm so happy with my new car.

I bought the car in August and almost immediately (within a day) informed them the Aircon didn't work. They refuted that and said it did but would repair it. However, after emails back and forth there was silence. To cut a long story short, they will answer some emails quickly and others not at all. They promise the earth but don't make you feel a valued customer. I would not use them again.

What a wonderful experience dealing with this company. My daughter needed a new car as her much loved first car was rear ended and written off on 30 Sept. As she couldn't be without transport, as she was leaving work that day, she sent Valley Motors a msg about a car she was interested in and was very surprised to receive a call later on that evening from the owner, Jay. As soon as she mentioned the circumstances, Jay showed a very caring side, checking she was OK before any talk of her original reason for calling. Jay answered her questions thoroughly and it was arranged that she would go and look at the vehicle the following evening, despite the fact that it would be after their normal hours, Jay was extremely accommodating and said he would stay there for her, even though it would be nearly 7pm. Upon arrival he gave my daughter the keys and told her to take all the time she needed to look at it, drive it etc and he stepped away so she wouldn't feel pressurised in any way. The car was everything she had hoped for; it had been recently serviced and MOTd and was in showroom condition. Despite this, Jay wanted to do another full check over it before we took it away. He would only take an amount for a deposit until the car was ready to drive away and whilst undertaking the additional checks, he discovered there was a recall issue. He immediately made the arrangements for the car to be booked in at a main dealer on the following Monday to get this sorted to avoid any delays. As she needed the car for the weekend, Jay suggested that my daughter drop it off on her way back from Leeds even though this would once again be around 7pm and he arranged for her to gain access to the premises. When the car was picked up again on the Monday evening, Jay had also had it undersealed as there were some minor signs of corrosion.

I cannot thank Jay and his team enough for making a very upsetting time for my daughter so much more bearable. Rest assured we are recommending this company to everyone we know and any future cars will be bought from here.

Avoid!!! Totally waste of time trying to communicate and the after care service is a joke.

Aaarrrggghhhh.
What a nightmare. I tried to buy a car . (That's right "tried")
I saw a car inquired about it they said we will put a new MOT give you 3 months warranty and deliver to your address.
Perfect I thought.
I transferred the full amount to their business account and waited.
Two days went passed so I contacted this guy he said he is putting a new clutch in and gave some chat that he wouldn't let any car out unless it was Perfect.
So it went on it needed a new gear box , new brakes etc. The days passed until the car was "Perfect " and he put a new MOT on it even though on the database there was no MOT on the car .
So the day it was meant to be delivered he was so ill his mechanic rushed him into hospital and no one else could deliver it.
So I offered to pick the car up but I couldn't because the car wasn't in the showroom it was in the garage and the keys was with the guy in hospital. (Wow)
Anyway after over 10 days from the money transfer I still haven't received the car so I asked for my money back he agreed and promised to transfer the money in full.
But I still haven't received any money and I can't get a reply so I lost £2000
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Took large amounts of money off me 3 times to fix my air suspension, 1st time he supossedly replaced the compressor ,all 3 times I was told it was fixed to then drive away , press the button for my air suspension and all sorts of warning lights show up,
he clearly knew it wasnt fixed each time and had the cheek to charge me again every time i brought it back for him to fix what he should have the first time! Hes ignoreing my calls and getting his employee to give me all sorts of excuses why he couldnt talk, stay away if you have any brains about you

Our car had been written off and came across a car on Valley Automobiles website, we enquired and arranged to come see the car. Me and my partner were very happy with the way we were left together to see the car and go through everything to ensure it was good for us. At no stage did we feel pressured. The car was clean even though Adam advised it will be cleaned and polished! As we had left a reservation the vehicle was all serviced which was at no extra cost to us for us and ready to drive away if we were happy with the car. We decided to go ahead with the car and Adam went through everything with us, we cannot thank him enough for the level of service he showed let alone how the car was presented. Whilst we were going through the process we both were provided with hot drink and biscuits! I can hand heart say they definitely go out their way to ensure the customer is happy, I would definitely recommend them to everyone. We have purchased a car from Main dealer but Valley Automobiles definitely outperformed them.

Just purchased our Kia Sportage from Valley Automobiles. The sales staff were very understanding as we had so many questions about the car and were very helpful. The whole experience from leaving a deposit to collect was amazing and the hospitality was great too! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family

Great service and PX price
I part exchanged my car and they paid like 1k more than what WeBuy were offering and the new car was fully valeted , warranty and best price I could find with the same spec. They have high end range rovers and budget cars perfect for all budgets and just a good all round service. Will be looking to buy my sons first car from here so fingers crossed get the same excellent service.

Just purchased my first car from Valley Automobiles, although we went to the dealer without an appointment they still took care of us and allowed us to wait whilst they got the car out. The car was spot on and exactly what I was looking for.The car was as described and was extremely happy when it came to collection and I was collected from train station and they even put me fuel to get me home!

Had the most amazing service from these guys! Bought my BMW from them 2 weeks ago, I’ve been looking for the right car for months and these guys did not disappoint the advert and description was spot on in fact probably the most accurate advert I’ve seen most seem to miss out the few bad points which make you mistrust anything they say but jay laid it all on the table, his professionalism and trustworthiness is a quality not found in many car dealers but valley autos broke that mold!
After sales is amazing I don’t know where other reviewers bought their cars from but it definitely wasn’t the same garage I did lol

Poor aftercare experience with car and this company in terms of resolving!
Multiple faults since we bought the car! Independent reports reveal damage to front of the car and an extremely costly ££££ to repair! Multiple errors and messaging isn’t communicating. Windscreen isn’t safe and has to be replaced, battery failed and had to be changed, intermittent faults growing.

Poor or no responses from Adam to resolve. I.e. when trying to obtain warranty paperwork and the genuine coded spare car key! Not resolved.

Only since I’ve put on a 1* review have we had a response from Valley. I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to and not listened to.

Sadly it’s has not been good experience since buying the car. Feel disappointed. This car is not to quality standard and not fit for purpose and requested a refund in the 30 days consumer rights period. I have amended this review to reflect the facts and how we feel!

Well I concur this guy couldn't lie straight in bed! I bought a Ranger Rover Sport off him he made a big deal about my car having 'a lot' of owners and renamed on the px price. Turns out his car despite his issues with the owners on mine has had similar owners 8.
The man is a total liar AVOID this dealer at all costs.

Very pleasant experience dealing with Valley Automobiles. The process of buying the car started "difficulty" but Adam’’s service, communication and attention to detail swung the deal around. Quality products, really good prep standards and good honest service. Happy to recommend and will be hoping to buy again in the future from Valley Automobiles LTD.

Don't bother, absolute joke. Read the reviews and you tell me whether or not they're fake, nobody writes real reviews like that. Call's himself Adam on every review but if you look on companies house all is revealed. The fake 5* reviews state, "Adam" is on top of everything however when you do find a real review, hint..., they're all 1 star. Its the complete opposite which is very ironic. Lies about specification of car and listing doesn't match the vehicle condition, doesn't want to fix anything that goes wrong on the car, regardless of what it is.

Don't waste your time and money. Also look at "dodgy cars" on Facebook, tried to sell a severely structurally damaged car without the CAT S title. That should sum it up really.

Go elsewhere!

Avoid! Noting but issues with the car.. promise after promise about resolving the issues but never do. Had the car a year now and only been on the road about 6 months of that due to issue after issue.

saw the car I wanted online so I made a call to Valley Automobiles. I spoke to Adam who answered all my questions immediately and set up a viewing for me. Upon arrival for viewing Adam was a pleasure to deal with no pushy sales,but very professional my car was exactly as described a deal done there and then whilst completing my paperwork the vehicle was serviced ready for me to drive away. Will definitely be back for my next one 👍🏼
