I’ve had to contact my credit card company & claim money I spent with these SCAMMERS!!

Wish I’d checked out the company on here first before spending over £100 with these fools!!

Ordered 28/8/26 obviously had confirmation of my order tried emailing them ringing an message on the email an numbers provided no answer I’m guessing I’m never seeing what I’ve bought

Ordered, been ten days and it hasn’t been sent out, no replies to emails or no one answered the phone, had to go through my bank to get this refunded, this has gone downhill

Still haven’t received my order that’s now only 6 days late however. NO reply to emails. Phone goes un answered. They have no Instagram nor Facebook anymore, X was last updated in April!
I had a different number stored from an old order and messaged.
Found out Vapour Vape was sold around a year ago. That’s why it’s gone down hill so drastically IMO! I don’t think my order is coming 😡so annoyed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would have given them no stars if possible. I placed an order in May and still haven’t received it. They said it had been posted to DPD and would investigate. I have constantly chased them and they promised me a refund in June and as of today I have received absolutely nothing from them and they won’t even reply now! Absolute scammers!! They are just after your money!

This company used to be great but recently they’ve gone so downhill. They guarantee next day delivery if ordered within a certain time only for it to arrive 4 days later. The last order I put in included a pack of 10 liquids, I was only sent 1. I emailed them and they said they would send the rest out next day. This was never sent out and they are now ignoring my emails. Do not recommend this company at all and won’t be using them again.

Order stated 1-2 working days and the items were only sent out 4-5 workings days. Email was sent to customer services to see when they will be arriving and no response. At least I did get my items but the pure ignorance of not even acknowledging my email deserves this negative review

I have used this company before. I put in an order on the 15/6/26 and never received. I have tried calling, using the contact form on their website twice and emailed 3 times with absolutely No response.
Absolutely shocking customer "service".

Item ordered 26th June, as I type this it's the 15th July - no item received. No replies via online chat, phone number on website doesn't work, no reply to my emails. Absolute scam business. AVOID!

Order received late, faulty items received, no response from email, chat online or telephone. Not happy

Order placed. Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days. It's more than week and still I didn't receive my order. They ignored my emails. Sent three and no answer. They took £21 and don't looks like I can get refund. Scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Order placed 31/5.Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days it took a week. Out of 24 vapes ordered, only 10 were correct. The other 14 were not the flavours ordered, with no correspondence to say others were out of stock or not available. If I was made aware of this, I would have asked for a refund of the 14 not available. Highly disappointed with the service all round.

Horrible scammers please avoid at all costs. Sends wrong items. A pain to get in touch with. Won’t answer emails or messages. Took over a month just to get them to refund me for sending the wrong thing after multiple emails, messages and promises that they’ll send the right thing next day. Send what they like not what ordered. At least o got an order but instead of that I had ordered they sent something that was £4 cheaper so therefore stealing my money. And I had ordered a few so stole £16 avoid them. You might be lucky but on the whole this place don’t care. Sent email asking for refund and nothing back.

Will not answer email. Phone goes straight to voicemail and they won’t call back. Will not respond to FB messenger. 6 days since order for next day delivery. £59.94 basically stolen from me. Avoid at all costs.

10 days and counting… not even shipped yet. There are hundreds of better online shops, don’t waste your time.

I paid almost £60 pound for 3 boxes of liquids and only received 2 I have chased and chased them and gotten no response do not use this company.

Placed order, arrived within 24 hours.
Excellent job guys.
