Fantastic experience shipping a car from Montreal PQ to Delta BC, the cost was much cheaper than any other freight option, very secure and easy to track shipment. It arrived in perfect shape. Excellent customer service all around.
The minor issue was the paint or marker they used to write VAN on the driver side window was very hard to get off, required a razor blade, they should scrub it off before pick up, but that was a very minor complaint.
I called on the way to get it and car was ready before I got there.

Customer service was excellent as she answered all our questions, provided accurate shipping details and was one of the most courteous persons we have had the pleasure to work with.
The vehicle was picked up on schedule, inspected for damage (which there was none), loaded it onto a flatbed truck and transported to the rail shipping yard. The SUV was loaded onto an enclosed railcar and transported to Vancouver within the scheduled time. We received notice when it was being unloaded and provided a date for delivery by flatbed truck. The inspection did not show any damage, we signed off and completely happy with the Livingston experience. If we were to fly to Ontario and drive back I doubt if we would save much. From our experience, we recommend Livingston Vehicle Transportation.

these people are reallly reallly accommodating and their customer service is 10/10. My car arrived 5 days earlier than expected. They were the easiest part of my move to the east coast and the price was amazing. If i ever need to transport my vehicle again ill choose them I recommend them to everyone.

I had my vehicle transported from Vancouver to Calgary and the guys who accepted my car in Vancouver did a really thorough inspection so i was confident it was in good hands. My car was delivered to my house in Calgary within 4 days (it wouldve been 3 days but i hadnt yet arrived in Calgary yet so i asked them to delay delivery). There was no damage to my car when i finally had the chance to inspect it.

The customer service was ok，But I can tell they put merchandise in my car or something, cuz the back was extremely messy with dust and dried leaves in it. Also, I had to spend more money to fix the exhaust of the car, apparently it fell and it made a weird noise which I never had before, I only got the $500 deductible, and fixing the exhaust cost less than that, so I could not make a claim about it.

The back driver side rear window left down and the seat cover, steering wheel cover and floor mats were removed and put in the back seat stains on the back seat from water and salt

Often times, big companies can have long processes and procedures that are frustrating for customers. I am thrilled with the level of service I received and the ease of shipping a vehicle across Canada- even during a pandemic.
