I am with a major Van Line in the moving business and I require pricing from Livingston for about 100 cars a year. The reasons I have used Livingston for 20 years are based on the consistent excellent service provided to me, and to my customers. The pickup: good personality of person inspecting my car, he explained anything that he found and I understood. He was considerate of my 2013 car in moving the car. The time frame: even with a rail delay the delivery came in within the initial estimate. The delivery: I was so happy that my car was delivered to my door! (my son dealt with another company and he had to get a lift to an address half hour away). The person delivering the car was friendly, asked if I was satisfied with my car's condition and i was satisfied.

Transported my vehicle from Quebec to BC, and everything came in perfectly! Even my personal belongings that I had forgotten in the car were untouched. Loved the service, the delivery time and everything in between!

I Had my car transported from Toronto to Florida and was told it would be there on the Monday . It finally showed up late Friday night without any calls or communication on why it was late or when it would arrive . I spoke to our customer service rep every day but she was just as much in the dark as me .
Terrible communication and service .
Never again .

The entire process was seamless and oh-so-easy. From getting a quote to picking up the vehicle, the team was informative and friendly. I got my vehicle transported from Vancouver to Toronto. The vehicle came on the day estimated and not a ding in sight. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Livingston as they were great to deal with and delivered our vehicle as per the promised delivery date. Katrina was excellent as our contact point; replied very promptly to my questions and adjusted our pick up date as things changed for us.

I needed my vehicle shipped from St.John's, Newfoundland to Edmonton, Alberta. I researched/got quotes from over a dozen companies and was nervous to ship my car after reading so many horror stories about some of the companies. I'm so glad I chose Livingston! I didn't have any issues whatsoever.

I actually ended up driving my vehicle to Halifax, Nova Scotia and dropping it off right at their shipping yard since it saved me a significant amount of money as opposed to having them pick up the car in Newfoundland. I also opted for the pick up option in Edmonton upon arrival, as it was cheaper than having them deliver it right to my door.

I dropped off my car in NS on August 8, 2019 and on August 19, 2019 I was picking it up in Edmonton. The estimated delivery time was 2-3 weeks so I was surprised and delighted by how quickly it arrived! I did a walk around of the vehicle during drop off and pick up and there were no issues or damage.

Both ladies I dealt with at the yard in NS and in AB were friendly and made me feel at ease with the experience. Shipping a vehicle across the country is not cheap, but Livingston's rates were comparable to all the other companies, and were even cheaper than many! I chose them mainly based on the amount of good reviews and I am 100% pleased with my decision. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to have their vehicle shipped!

Delivered ahead of schedule and vehicle arrived in exactly the same condition that it left. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Livingston was great to deal with. Excellent communication for all aspects of the shipping process and nice, clear instructions and procedures to be followed. The shipping time was basically dead-on what I was quoted and it made for a hassle-free experience (Ontario to British Columbia). They could even accommodate some minor issues on my end with short notice when I had to postpone the initial shipment. I highly recommend their service.

The quote was straightforward, with no hidden fees.

The information that I needed was quick and explicit, from what I needed to do to prepare my vehicle for the move from Ontario to Alberta to the pick up and delivery times.

Sakina in the office was super patient with me, and kept me advised of what my vehicle status was, as did the folks in the Calgary office.

The drivers who picked up and delivered my vehicle let me know well ahead of time of their ETA, and both took their time inspecting my vehicle thoroughly.

I would definitely recommend Livingston and use them again.
