I’ve used livingston’s service twice for my vehicle transport from one province to the other and I’ve had no problem at all. The staff at both locations were very professional and reassuring. Great service provided. Will definitely be recommending Livingston to others!

The staff were highly professional and responsive. Danielle (Toronto) was awesome! She kept me informed, was sympathetic when there were delays and made me feel important. I laughed through what were unavoidable and understandable delays.

The service in Calgary (Norman) was excellent as well. The drop-off was right on time and highly efficient.

The price was right and the service was excellent.

Without a doubt I would recommend Livingston. They answered my questions quickly and were most helpful. Kathy from the Delta terminal went above and beyond in answering my questions.

I was defiantly pleased with the amazing customer service from the staff. My car was deliver in the estimated time. The only thing is that in the process there was a staff member with sticky fingers it seems and found that my aux cable that I had left plugged in my stereo was missing and the radio had been used when I received my car. It's something very minimal but the act of the staff is very dishonest and untrustworthy cause if it had been something that I may had forgotten with greater value there shouldn't be any reason for staff to be touching anything personal in the car when I'm paying for a service to have my car shipped not to have staff paying with my stereo or taking my personal car accessories.

Awesome experience. Everything was quick and smooth. I had my two cars shipped from Vancouver to Toronto on a train. The customer service was good, and the price was the best.

Exceptional service. I was informed each time my vehicle was placed in transit and was cared for properly. I am a highly satisfied customer. Special kudos to Katrina Hales for being a class act. Katrina sent me an email almost every day that the vehicle was in transit. The competition doesn't even come close to this level of service.

I had my Acura ILX dropped off on January 25th and now it is March 10th Sunday. I spoke with several person in their call centre and they have said same thing as it is delayed.

At this point, I think my car is likely to be lost or damaged otherwise, it doesn't make sense to be delayed this much. Till today, they didn't take any action other than letting me know it's delayed. My car is a brand new one that I started the lease only in Oct, 2018 and decided to ship it because I had to move from Toronto to here, Vancouver.

I regret having shipped my brand new car with this company and frustrated in deed.

If this delay is true and nothing has happened to my car, I need a proof. Livingston must provide me with my car's accurate location and the train number or anything that I can track the way it's coming. I am waiting for their call back on Monday and I will contact my insurance company and the lease company and file for lost in case they don't provide such thing by Monday.

Little problem due to weather and CN Railways. Livingston personnel very cooperative all the time, from start to finish.

Yes, I recommend.

Excellent service!!! In particular, I would like to mention Carisa Lloyd who coordinated with me on my vehicle transfer from US to Canada. Due to documentation problems with my lenders, it took two months for my vehicles to cross the border. Carisa was highly persistent with her end of the efforts, while demonstrating the utmost highest quality customer service to ensure my vehicles were safely stored and then moved over when the documentation was complete. She was highly responsive to all emails/requests/calls and genuinely understood my situation. Even during the holiday season she ensured adequate coverage to get one of the vehicles was moved in a timely manner. I highly recommend Carisa and Livingston for your auto transportation needs.

Needed a quick pickup in Montreal with months end approaching and they got it the next day and had it on our Toronto lot 2 business days after that.

Great experience. Dropped off at the terminal near Toronto, car was waiting for me at the Delta office when I picked up a couple of weeks later. No hassles, easy pickup. Highly recommended!

Car arrived safe and sound. Person who picked up my car was fabulous, very friendly and informative.

Got a bit of a run around on the delivery date. Was told my originally quoted date was impossible and the car would be much later, but then it ended up coming on the originally stated date (~10-15 business days).

Coordinating car drop off on arrival was difficult. I missed the call to arrange drop off but they didn’t call the secondary number I listed. I left a message for them to call my secondary number the next day. They didn’t. I had to call another time and leave another message before they finally called my secondary contact. I left the secondary name because I knew I would be too busy to take the call.

Overall, best option for shipping a car long distance (ON to BC) but could use a bit more customer service on the BC end.

Great, Fast and quality service.

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and seemed very excited to let me know my car arrived on time. They were very thorough in checking the car for damage. They delivered exactly as they said they would, and at 2/3 the price of any other shipping method. A special thanks to the staff at the concord Depot!
