I had been happy with the thread vein treatment up to now. This time the nurse changed and I bruised badly, my legs on the day and for a couple of days after looked awful with red streaks that I have never walked away with in the past. Previously the injection sites looked more like bee stings. I am afraid to return for the other treatments I bought as part of the package as I still have bruising and it is summer now.

Much confusion on my insoles that I wanted to pick up in Prosper. Had an appointment last week but another company was there. I called the Plano office today snd they still weren’t transferred to Prosper. Someone from Plano office delivered them to Prosper after my call. Your texts did not say which office, but I had prearranged the Prosper location. Another couple came in last week right after me and they didn’t look happy. Please list location of pick up so other people don’t make needless trips like I did. Thanks Sue Solie. Hopefully this will make it to DR. GRAFF

Doctor and nurse good. Difficult to contact local office. Local office rarely picks up and phone rolls to National desk.

From my first visit at the clinic I was very pleased with the services provided. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. The office is very clean and they are very aware of issues with Covid so only one patient at a time is allowed into the waiting room where temperature is taken, hand sanidtizer is used and patient is immediately taken to an exam room. There is very little waiting time until the doctor arrives. Dr. Youseff is my doctor, she is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She has helped me greatly with my medical issues.

The procedure went very smooth and on time.

I am so glad to have gone to Vein clinic. My experience has been amazing. The staff are all so friendly but professional. The doctor is wonderful and in his professional manner makes you very comfortable and explains anything you have questions about. My legs feel unbelievable so much better. The aching I thought was arthritis getting worse was my veins. Now I'm able to walk so much better and am starting to exercise more because I don't have the discomfort I had after exercise. So very happy

Everyone here is respectful and so nice. My initial consultation was great and the sweet lady that did it was very kind. My technician, Katie, was fantastic also and easy to talk to. We made the most of our time together. The only thing I would change, if I could, is not be required to wear a mask.

The injections are painful, they need to use some type of numbing cream for the legs, other than that the staff is nice and so is Dr Fradkin.

Although I’m not new to the Vein Clinic I have previously had my procedure performed at the Southlake Tx facility. My pervious doctor has since retired and the new staffs personnel are professional and knowledgeable. I’m pleased with the new transition.

The staff at Barrington office is excellent. They make you feel welcome and do their Jobs well. Hey are upfront about prices and what you may owe so you are not surprised bout any fees. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I have sought treatment at Vein Clinics of America for my vein disease. Everyone with this problem accepts the fact that it never goes away, but must be treated ongoing. Vein Clinics has proved to be very caring and considerate in caring for me during treatments and follow up appointments. I like the fact that they do not sugar coat any of the processes you have to go through and allow me to make the decisions as to what I want to do. I also like that they check with my insurance providers before any treatments so that I will know what any costs will be. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will continue to be treated by them for my veins.

Overall, awesome support from scheduling to final procedure. This is my second time to treat spider veins. The team at Vein Clinics of America (VCA) have always provided expert treatment which is why I returned after almost seven years. I have recommended VCA, 11350 Random Hills, Fairfax,VA or any Worldwide location, to my friends.

This a a place with very friendly, efficient staff members. They are very timely, beginning with honoring appointment times and seeing the required doctors.

This is my third time having my veins done. Even though the staff may change each person that I have had contact with has been absolutely perfect. Helpful friendly if you are feeling worried they know what to say. Overall wonderful experience.
