Vein clinics of America has been nothing less than amazing to me. They respected my dignity and was always so pleasant and nice. Everyone in that office is well educated and my results prove that.

Your staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable, and your facilities are clean and well equipped. I have yet seen any change in my legs, but await additional treatments. My experiences so far have been positive.

My appointment went well. The doctor and staff were very friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I was told that my procedures were covered at 100%. After getting a scan, I was informed that my insurance wasn't covering anything. GRRR!

Staff is knowledgeable and thorough explaining the procedure. They filed with my insurance and let me know what I would pay out of pocket. Dr. Middleton took her time to answer any questions I had and is a very pleasant person. Great customer service!

Everyone from the front desk staff, the technicians and doctors are very professional, friendly and have a way of putting you at ease from the moment you walk into the office. I was a bit nervous at first but thanks to the amazing staff who answered all questions, explained the process and made sure I was comfortable my nerves were calmed. My legs feel wonderful and am very thankful!

I have had a very positive experience with VCA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I learned a lot about vein disease. The procedures were uncomfortable but tolerable and I can see improvement in my leg. I would recommend VCA to anyone dealing with vein disease.

I was very happy with care and help I received from Dr. Savcenko and his staff. They answered every question and offered explanations for the procedures. I never had to wait and my legs feel and look better.

The staff is so very welcoming that although the treatments could be painful at times, the conversations before even during and after were what got me through. The facility is clean and have full trust in their abilities!

I was reluctant to try a national chain clinic, but when I had a bad experience at my local doctor's clinic, I decided to give Vein Clinics a try. From the start, I experienced friendly, professional care. Throughout treatment, I trusted that if I needed anything or had a question I would always be met with respect and care. Caregivers remembered me from appointment to appointment and always made me feel at ease.

They are all great here. I am 100% happy with the results of my treatment. Being a self pay I have spent a ton of out of pocket money. When it came to my spider vein treatment the cost of the package for 4 sessions was not explained correctly to me. Thinking I had 4 office visits, I find out that I had only 2 because of doing both legs at 1 visit. It was never explained that by doing both legs in one visit was 2 sessions. Feeling like I didn’t really get a good break off by being a self pay patient. However I am very happy with all the results of my treatment and the staff could not be nicer. I will recommend VCA to any of my friends and family that need treatment.

Wonderful staff. Wasn’t sure what to expect and they explain everything.

From the consultation, to the sonograms, to the removal sessions and the follow up exams, I was treated so well! Everything was explained to me and I was kept in the loop.
The staff was professional and courteous. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt like I was treated with extreme care. They scheduled my appointments around my crazy work schedule. I would highly recommend this clinic.
My legs look better and the bulging veins are gone. I am no longer self conscious of my legs.

Disappointed that procedure was cancelled the day before. I know not all your fault. but we should have had response from insurance before then. Came back early from vacation for procedure and had week completely scheduled to cover procedure times. Hopefully, November goes better.

The experience was fine. The staff person was very professional and monitored how I was doing during the injections. If you could could find a way to make the procedure completely painless that would be nice 😊 Diana
