Very satisfied with this company. Ordered three dresses and am keeping two but want to send one back. Not sure if I have to pay postage if so won’t be very happy as had to pay postage for delivery.

I can only speak from my experience, I ordered a dress which when this arrived was beautiful and the quality was exceptional. I had to return due to sizing but I have ordered the next size up. I received an email advising refund would be processed and my refund was in my bank the same day! Brilliant service.

Even with the package having to go through customs, etc. ... the dress arrived in time for me to show off at a celebration. In fact ... all my dresses arrived in time and I love them all!!!! They are perfect for travel, casual or dressier occasions. Thank you so much!!!!

Listen for any one reading this review about vecano and have any thoughts that it’s a fake site or any concerns let me reassure you vecano is a safe and very reputable site it’s a real shop I order from this site all the time and my clothes always come exactly like the picture I ordered from the site trust me now some times it may seem scary because the shipping and track numbers be off but I think that’s because they switch from foreign logistics to usa so like from a freight unknown to like Usps or fed ex or ups which is the ones we’re familiar with so bottom line is if you track your order and can’t find it don’t panick just put in a ticket and I promise you they will send you an update to your email address then you’ll be able to see it so this is for the non believers believe it and I don’t work for this company I’m a regular customer livibg in the USA

Trying to contact company for a refund. Too tight. All I kept getting was not eligible for return. 14 days is their policy but it took 14 days to receive it...so how can they count that?
Normally it is 14 days from when u receive item . Left email and no response?????
