Missing order and can't contact anyone!
My order was due on the 10th of this month, I can not find a way to speak to someone about this to find out where my order is. I have messaged on Facebook and not had a response. Can someone please advise me how to get in touch with customer services to deal with my order?.
If I don't hear back by the end of the month I will have no choice but to contact my bank to claim my money back.
I would not recommend this company and will not use them again. Very disappointing especially as they have a great rang of cloths.
**Updated - after posting this review the company contacted me almost immediately regarding my order. Apologized and advised one if my items where good to go and they would send out straight away, one they would refund me as it was out of stock and the 3rd item would be sent in shortly after.........
Approximately 2 weeks later still no sign of a confirmation email regarding my items being shipped (which I was advised I would get in 5 days) and no sign of items..... I emailed them and asked for my money back and it was refunded within 24hours.
I do not recommend this company to anyone, I still stick by my original review that you can not speak/contact anyone about a problem with your order and had Vencano not reached out to me because my trust pilot review I would have had to get my money back Via the bank.
Vencano has now tried to have my review removed!!!! Currently providing Trust pilot
with screen shots of my email interactions with Vencano to prove they never provided the service/products they are advertising/selling.

Ordered received fast and all clothing items were just as pictured!
I placed an order that included dresses to be used for an elopement along with several other clothing items. All items were received and were of great quality. The order was received quickly (less than 2 weeks) and the tracking information was easy to follow. Will definitely order from Vencano again!

Poor returns/refund process
I have been trying for days to return my item. I have tried to do this online, when I get to the returns page it does not give me an option to select a return reason so I can’t go any further. I have tried emailing the customer service team but I keep getting an undeliverable automated response. I will not be using Vencano again.

Livraison sans signature et prendre une photo pour nous confirmer.
À ce jour, je n'ai rien à reprocher à Vencano. Mes colis sont laissés comme j'ai demandé au transporteur sans signature en bas de mon building. Je demeure sur la rive-sud de Montréal, il y a aucune raison pour moi d'aller à ville St-Laurent chercher un colis parce que je ne suis pas au condo. Le commis devrait prendre une photo, et nous l'envoyer par courriel pour prouver que le colis a été livré. C'est le seul point négatif.Pour cela quatre étoiles.

The dress is stunning
The dress I ordered was as seen in pictures. Stunning.I orded Friday came today to uk.my only problem I have is the sewing could of been finished off neatly.but for price bargain. I would advise ladies if your a size 12 to 14 in uk like my self order a xl as its perfect size.
