I love the clothing choices but the sizing is off. You need to provide an extra small size choice as most of your small sizes are still to big. It does take a little long to get your order but the quality is good.

Pour la qualité des vetements c'est un 5 étoiles ,tres contente de ma 1ier commande.De plus,je les ai contacté pour avoir un idée car je voulais acheté d'autres items et ma commande n'étais pas arrivé alors était méfiante mais la personne qui m'a envoyé message tres gentille et ma meme subjérer d'attendre de la recevoir pour voir leur qualité et apres prendre la décision de racheter.Ceci m'a surpris et je les ai trouvé tres professionnel et tres courtois.Pourquoi j'ai mis 4 étoiles c'est que ca pris plus de 3 semaines avant qu'elle arrive ,je sais que ce n'est pas entierement leur faute à cause des délais de livraison mais jaurais aimé que le délai soit plus rapide. Je peux vous le confirmer ,ils sont tres gentils,répond rapidement et leur produits sont WOW!!! J'achete de différente cie en ligne, et je suis tres contente de maintenant achetez d'eux!! Et j'espere que mes commandes suivantes seront plus rapides ,peut-etre vu que ca sera la 1ier achat!!!!

But my order I placed on the 22nd not giving great review.
I still am showing it being processed. I had 5 items that stated in RED would ship in 24 hrs. They have not and being told it could be 2 to 3 more weeks. Needed this for a trip. I was so impressed with last order that i ordered alot more and should not have

how awesome are these products, I was mad impatient...it took 28 days, from order to home.....I am so glad I purchased every one of my 6 products. will review them all for theyaregreat.....buy here have patience China postal service and USPS are both bad at the moment for updating locations...be patient...well worth the weight........lol

Despite some negative reviews for Vencano, I have been very pleased with the items I've ordered and received. I've had no problem with delivery, apart from it being a bit lengthy due to shipping overseas, but the 2 different orders have arrived safely and I've been very pleased with the selections and sizing. As long as you check the actual sizing in each item and choose size accordingly, everything has been true to size. There is a good selection of clothing and I've had no problem with inferior materials or workmanship. I would definitely order again. My own personal experience has been very good.

I can't complain too much
I can't complain too much, most of the items I received are just like the pictures, except one. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from here, due to the fact that the clothes are not always what the picture is portraying. And they said they had an item in stock that I ordered, just to tell me ( days later) that they don't have the materials needed to make it. So I asked for a full refund. ( Still waiting for it)

Excellent quality of items and delivery
We have used Vencano twice now and goods arrived quickly each time, before the 10-15 working days.
The wife has found the sizing to be almost correct, and would also recommend to read the other buyers reviews in making a size choice i.e running small, true, or large
Nothing we have bought has had to be returned so we don't yet know how good the customer service is.
The quality of the items bought has been excellent and we will be using them again,
Look out or search for vouchers, it can knock a sizable chunk of the shopping trolley.
