They deserve to be shut down.
We paid our holding fee in May and moved in in September. Despite this 3-4 months of time to check the apartment , we arrived to a place with soaking wet floors , as the boiler was leaking at an alarming rate, no hot water, no working shower unit , no working oven , glass all over the kitchen floor and no couches. The place was listed as fully furnished and only came with a bed and broken cupboards. The inventory was from 2018 and completely wrong ; alongside the list of issues mentioned, the smoke detector didn't work and clearly hadn't been checked. The boiler cupboard stunk of dampness and there were random pieces of wood riddled with nails strewn about the floor of the cupboard. The pile of glass in the kitchen (that was only noticed because I stood on some!) was the icing on the cake. I was assured by an agent that all would be fixed and we would receive financial compensation for the inconvenience and suffering (and not to mention the fact we couldn't stay for the first few nights with no hot water) but no compensation has been offered and the electrical and plumbing issues were only fixed because I called the companies myself on venmore's behalf. Whenever I phone the office the people who answer have no idea what they're talking about, even my 'property manager' didn't know how to organise an electrician for us despite the fact another agent put me through to her claiming this was her expertise! She was standoffish no where near the level of apologetic that I expected. I have emailed venmore customer service a week ago and have had no response regarding the on going issues or the compensation. I have been lied to on multiple occasions , being told different reasons for the issues depending on who's talking - no professionalism , no accountability and no care for tenants. I can't warn people enough to stay away.

Went for some viewings as I'm wanting to move, was shown a property different to what I asked to view... felt really undervalued, if I was wanting to buy I bet I'd have been taken to the right property. I was told the flat I wanted to view had been accepted by someone else yet that property is still on rightmove and available.

Agent didn't seem to know much about the property, didn't even know the rent for one of the properties nor council tax bands, also when I asked about the buildings security and whether it had cctv the agent didn't even know if they had any. Not that professional.
One of the flats was disgusting, even had a condom on the floor by the bed, was very unhygienic and gross. Have also heard feedback from other prospective tenants complaining about the cleanliness of the flats they've viewed.

Sat on our property for 4 months and did nothing! Upon taking back the keys, they didn't realise they even had the property on their books! Pathetic excuse for an agent.

Horrific company. Don't manage the property, 2 faced communication between landlord and tenant causing problems between them. Phones don't work. I have emails from 2016 that are still unaswered 2 years later! Never ever use them in any way shape or form. Avoid the subsidiaries too, I am with Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. They have put me off property for life.

This agency has caused lots of problems to me . I have been a tenant through VENMORES ( Liverpool ) for 1 year and when I asked for an extension for a month , they didn't respond until the last week . In every time I came to them , you will see new staff and you have to explain your problem from beginning . They will never call you to help or recommend you , they only call to say the payment is due . They will never fix anything in the property , we have stayed one month without boiler or hot water in the winter

Besides , they will not answer you or respond to any queries or calls , they will ignore your requests , orders and problems . Please , stay away of those people . SHAME ON THEM how senseless they are

Never answer phones, mailbox continually full. No option to request call back or discuss problem !! Have spent 3 lunch hours this week trying to get through, to discuss problem! Disgraceful!!! If I was a landlord I would not want these people dealing with my property. A bad review but doubt they will even care ! Customer service zero, property management zero , ability to satisfy customer zero , so frustrated with lack of decent communication !

The hot water was broken over than a year, no one fixs. The lift was broken for nearly 2 months, no one fixs. I stay at the Sidings. Awful service.

Dreadful people, especially in Southport, where Reynolds will lie and cheat.
