Excellent Service of the Transfer of Family Videos
I have had 16 video 8 tapes converted to digital downloads. The service was excellent from filling in the order form, posting the tapes and being informed of their arrival. The digital download worked perfectly and the original tapes were returned quickly. I have nothing but praise for the service I received, I wish all things in life were this easy to use.

Comprehensive service
Comprehensive service which seems expensive until you realise that return postage and cost of media is included. Print your post label, stick it to the packet and post it, avoids the queue at the Post Office! Time for processing & return was as stated. Returned items well packaged.

Easy and Confident
I had some old VHS video tapes which I wanted to transfer to DVD and digital. This was the first company that came up on Google. It looked like just what I wanted - They had simple step by step instructions and even helped sorting out the postage. They said they wouldn't ask for payment until they had converted the tapes. The whole process felt safe and secure and I trusted I would get my tapes back. And I did - Simple! And the quality of the copy was just as good as the original. I would definitely use them again.

Disappointed with customer service
Very quick turnaround I opted for the datstick but I cant copy that to anything else and have had no response to my emails so would have been higher but for that.

The most common issue when it comes to copying the files from the USB device is that the destination you are copying to needs to be formatted so as it supports the large file sizes. So another USB stick would need to be formatted in NTFS.
