My experience with VHS to DVD transfer
Despite a slight glitch at first with the transfer to DVD of a NTSC VHS tape, which may have caused a problem, since it was an American tape, the service I received was very courteous and every effort was made to rectify the problem. The DVDs arrived carefully wrapped and in just a few days, I am very pleased with them - they are perfect.

Simply excellent no fuss service
Simply excellent no fuss service. Had a couple of specific needs - had an email conversation and they could do what we needed.
Secondly, asked them to hold returning the scanned USBs to us as we were on holiday and concerned they could not be posted through the letter box. Again, not a problem - the company held the items and just asked us to pay when we were back home.
Would recommend.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you are pleased with the results. Although we do quote an average service time on our website we do also say that large orders and orders to MP4 may take longer.
Your order of 14 VHS tapes to MP4 (42 hours worth) falls in to both the categories hence the slightly longer service time.
