Brilliant Ben

We had stocDisappointing customer servicek alert issues on the…

We had stock alert issues on the back-end from Visual Soft few months back. This went on for almost 2 months therefore, we were unable to fulfil orders that came through during peak season. After we found out about these issues, I have spent hours and days to prepare a spreadsheet to show how much loss we have made from a fault caused by Visual Soft but they refuse to give us compensation for its insufficient evidence and that they cannot provide monetary compensation.
As a small growing fashion brand, it is very disappointing from Visual Soft to refuse to give us any compensation and try to give us a good service.
We even explained that we get charged from the third-party platform right away and insists on receiving the statement. We ended up sending over the statement but their answer still remains the same.
This continued for 10 months and it was constantly our side chasing for an update for this matter, all proof has sent over but they just wasted our time.
According to our account manager, Amy Stiff, has tried her best to solve this problem for us however her hands are tight and therefore, her CEO and her manager, Chris Fletcher and Beth Riley, seem to not stop compensating their clients for an error that was caused from their side – lack of care for their clients.

Very disappointing.

Rapid Resonse AAA+++

Had an issue with a small but quite important part of our product page disappearing on one of our websites.
I opened a support ticket and within minutes Michael from the Service Desk Team had completely resolved the issue.
