Avoid.
The system used to be amazing and ahead of the current technology. In recent times we are lagging massively behind other retaillers due to the currentl state of the system.
At the moment the Amazon API has been down for nearly a week and all we receive is an update at the end of the day 'thanking us for our patience' - needless to say this isn't going down well.
The are trying to offer us there 'new' Shopify link which makes me think that they are going under as no new development is being shown.
We are actively looking at other systems.

Dear Visualsoft (Name removed),
I am compelled to follow up once again on the ongoing issues that have yet to be resolved on the platform and services. Despite multiple communications, including emails and Teams meetings, and numerous support tickets, the terms of our contract with Visualsoft remain unfulfilled. This has led to significant delays, lack of promised services, and considerable disruption to our operations.
As previously communicated, we are migrating away from the Visualsoft platform and all associated services in January, due to the failure to meet agreed-upon contractual obligations. After 14 years of service the last 4 years are continuing to worsen as you migrate to new platforms.
The delays and uncompleted tasks, particularly in relation to SEO roadmaps, website improvements, and the continued issues with checkout functionality, have had a direct impact on our business. Furthermore, our requests for compensation have gone unaddressed, despite multiple assurances from Visualsoft that these matters would be resolved.
Given these unresolved issues, including the breach of contract, we kindly request a prompt and thorough response. We are left with no choice but to take the next step, which may involve legal action through our litigators, should this matter not be resolved swiftly.
We urge you to treat this issue with the urgency it warrants and provide the necessary resolution.

This review is purely with regards to a ticket dealt with today by Ben from the FED Implementations Team and that is the reason it has 5 stars. We have had many positive and negative experiencies as a customer of Visualsoft - but after a technical change by a 3rd party we needed VS to do a change for us and just couldn't get a confirmation they would do it when required which was today. Thankfully Ben picked up this ticket and sorted it very quickly with fast and accurate responses to the ticket and the changes worked immediately. This change was vital to the smooth running of our business continuing and thanks to Ben it was seamless.

Avoid at all costs.
Platform used to be phenomenal, so did the account managers.
I made the error of telling Visualsoft I was leaving the platform at the end of my contract and by christ did the relationship collapse..
Challenged invoices that I knew the work wasn't being done for, and how did Visualsoft reply... by blocking my access to the admin panel repeatedly, threatening to take legal action against their client, for having the audacity to ask for timesheets to prove the work was done.
Then today they pull a fast one by saying:
As you will be leaving the platform shortly, we also require payment for the November invoice. Given this, and to reduce our exposure to outstanding balances, we have removed the 30-day payment terms on your account, now requiring payment upon invoicing.
Paid the invoice within 15 minutes and the account is still restricted...
Honestly do yourself a favour and go to another platform such as:
Venditan
EKM Powershop
BigCommerce
Shopify
There are plenty out there that will do the same job at a fraction of the cost!

Stay away at all costs! Our experience with Visualsoft has been nothing short of frustrating. They assured us of impressive returns on ad spend (ROAS), promising an increase from our initial 3 to between 7–9. Instead, our ROAS plummeted to a range of 0–2.5, even as we increased our budget based on their advice. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but their mismanagement created a slew of issues that our team had to spend over 80 hours sorting out—valuable time we should have spent growing our business, not fixing Visualsoft’s errors.
The lack of accountability from their team is astounding. We provided clear evidence of their poor management and requested an immediate contract termination. Instead of taking responsibility, they have refused to honor this, further highlighting their unprofessionalism. For any business considering Visualsoft, be prepared for empty promises, costly mistakes, and a team that avoids accountability when things go wrong. We would strongly advise against entrusting them with your brand.
