Zaa was amazing, stayed later as I changed what I booked for and came in early to touch up the next day. Result was amazing. The consultation was also realistic with my very thin and box died hear so no surprises, will be back.

Got in contact with Vivo about my faulty hair straightener that I’d purchased from them 9 months prior. Julie was quick to respond to my email and was very helpful and made the process very easy for me. Due to her help I received a replacement hair straightener within a week of sending my faulty one back. Thank you Julie for all of your help!

I’ve used Vivo as my go to source for hair and skin care needs for the last 6+ years! Their range and prices are amazing. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Julie from customer care. She is so helpful and kind! Always impressed with Vivo.

My hairdresser Sachi is great! Almost all my trouble she could solve. I live her advice and works for me. I will stick her for my hair future.

Had a fabulous hair up experience with La-Rochelle who really knows how to deal with curly hair! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and made my hair look and feel fabulous !! And .. my hair stayed in place all the next day too - as an extra bonus ! Will definitely be in again for a cut and some products !!

I had a great experience with VIVO and Julie this week. My GHD brush after one use with my dryer warped and the bristles bent, i emailed them on Sunday and had a resolution with them by Tuesday morning. Excellent communication throughout and a great outcome in a replacement brush!!! AAA+++

Anne-Marie was amazing at her job. She helped choose my hair colour and recommended different options to suit my hair and explained why it was necessary. She also recommended shampoo, conditioner and heat protectant after my appointment and explained how each of these products would help my hair stay healthy which was great! Awesome staff overall and a really clean and welcoming salon!

Maddi at Vivo Levin is just wonderful, she always has a smile on her face, is professional and friendly. I always leave happy and couldn’t recommend her enough.

Very disappointed with my experience at Vivo Te Rapa. I tried multiple times to return two unopened and unused hair products within the 14-day return period, on 1, 4 and 5 August, but the return could not be processed due to staff/manager availability.
I was then told there was “no return policy,” despite Vivo's website publishing a return policy.
I have contacted Vivo for clarification but have not received a response. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

10/10 from Carly today. I’ve been box dye red and decided I wanted to go “2000’s blonde”. She went above and Beyond from the random chats, to the hair, right down to the final Touches. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Friendly…always a good chat. Honest what can and can’t be achieved.

Very polite staff , professional. Accomodating. I had very good experience and relaxing time.
