I saw an OP36 for sale on Lee’s instagram. Messaged about a part ex. and he was rapid with responding. Gave me a very fair price for my watch against his.
Sorted out next day postage within the hour and upon examining my watch sent the new one out within 48 hours.

Extremely rapid service but also extremely high customer service and contacting me making sure I was happy and the watch was how I expected.

Overall a brilliant experience dealing with Lee and will certainly hope to do business again in the future.

Just received another Rolex. Spoke to Lee on Saturday, about purchasing a deep-sea challenge, everything agreed over the phone, and posted directly to my office, Lee is a great guy to deal with, honestly so easy to arrange everything, it’s the 4th Rolex purchased from Lee, and will always return for more.

Saw that Lee had a Rolex up for sale on the website, couple emails backwards and forwards, spoke to him over the phone, put the watch up as sold… we did bank transfer the next day. Absolutely outstanding customer service all throughout. Lee spoke to us over the phone throughout everything, kept us updated with packing, tracking number, sent us the postal label. He kept an eye on the tracking also and rang when it had been signed for to make sure everything was ok with the purchase.
