I had an excellent experience with Charles at Watch Marketplace Manchester. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was genuinely impressive. The watches came back looking absolutely incredible. Perfectly polished and beautifully redefined, to the point where they genuinely looked brand new.

What really stood out to me was how quickly everything was completed. I needed the service done before an upcoming trip, and Charles managed to get everything finished in under a week without compromising on quality, which I truly appreciated.

On top of that, their pricing is very fair for the level of work they deliver. The customer service is outstanding — always responsive, attentive, and clearly focused on looking after their customers.
