I had a waxed jacket which needed a relax and sleeve repairs. It was returned in good time ,repairs were excellent and it looked as good as new. Thoroughly recommend this company

I seriously spoiled my 10 year old English Utopia jacket by trying to re-wax it, but I made the most awful mess. Fortunately I found Karl and the Waxed Jacket Company and now my jacket is restored. Incredible experience. These guys did a great job on my Barbour wax jackets and Burberry wax. Fixed zips, repair patches, new wax coating. All their work was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to others !

Have a farmers field that I've owned for 13 years now and it was disintegrating. Rips on the shoulder, cuffs absolutely ruined. Found these guys online and they absolutely smashed the repair. They've brilliantly worked in new parts and material so the whole thing feels patched and polished but keeps its charm.

I have several Barbour jackets as I appreciate their quality and longevity. I had one jacket that was 20+ years old but was hardly ever worn as the sleeves were too short. Having had a few not-so-good experiences with Barbour re-waxing services, I came across The Wax Jacket Company and, seeing their star rating, thought I would give them a try.
Requested a clean, lengthen sleeves by 2 inches and rewax. I got the jacket back and basically it's like new. Very impressed. The lengthened sleeves don't look like an alteration; they look as if they are part of the original design.
Yes, I would recommend The Wax Jacket Cleaning Company to others; in fact, I am about to send them a second jacket for re-waxing.

I was planning on giving my old Barbour jacket away, then saw your advert. Having it cleaned and re waxed has given it a new lease of life.

I needed an extra button on my Barbour Beacons jacket and it looks like it was always part of the jacket.

I’ve now had 2 jackets cleaned and re-waxed by this company. Their service is excellent and both jackets came back looking pretty much like new, we’ve thought one was about 14 years old. What more could I expect!

Seems helpful at first - but service is poor - had to return jacket as holes still not repaired - 48hr promised turn around after return took over two weeks (including some garbage about jacket being stuck at the sorting office and taken back to the workshop to check over)
Repairs of poor quality, darned/machine stiched (rather than patched) through to the lining which will no doubt wick the rain through to the lining material which is now visible on the outside of the jacket - hand warmer pocket repairs now restrict the opening so are unusable - repairs have been made through the material of the poachers pocket which now has a reduced opening so useless as a poachers pocket - poor repair, plenty of BS about dispatch times and delivery dates - AVOID and if you're tempted to use this company do a quick google for Karl Ward which you may find of interest before handing over your money up front - much loved Barbour absolutely ruined

My Drizabone is over 30 years old, much loved and used. It had two tears on the back, tears around the cuffs and the sleeve seams were coming apart. I didn't think there was much that could be done. They took it on. The repairs were done extremely well with patches, and the sleeves rejuvenated. It was cleaned and re-waxed. It is still 30 years old but now looks very presentable, and is functional. I am very happy to have my jacket back. Good job. The repairs took about 6 weeks but it was done over the Christmas period and they are clearly busy. Also they held it back to ensure quality of repair. Karl was excellent in terms of rapid response to emails. Overall I am very pleased and will use them again.

I sent my old Belstaff jacket that was looking a little bit unloved to the Wax Jacket Cleaning Company for a complete refresh. I received confirmation of the jacket's arrival with them and received the finished article back in an impressive 7 day turnaround. The jacket is now back in service and sporting a new belt that was made for it. What a great service!
