Very professional from initial quotation up until my jacket was returned to me. The standard of works is great the jacket looks brand new, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for repairs/ re-waxing to their waxed jackets.

Cleaned, stitched back together on re-waxed with care just in time for this bitterly cold and wet late winter weather, it's like having a new coat again.

Excellent and prompt communication even on a Sunday. Clearly an outstanding job done on cleaning and re-waxing my jacket by Karl and his team. Speedy return of my jacket to France (worth ensuring customs labels to and from France are written in French). This company is worth of a 5 star recommendation. Highly recommended.

After finding this company online ,which surprised me really as a bit of a niche service . So if you have a wax jacket or anything else that has this treatment I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Karl and his team. I posted my Barbour jacket which had never been cleaned or re waxed from day one to Karl via recorded delivery. 7-10 days later back came my jacket like it was brand new . Can’t thank this company enough for a great service .

Absolutely brilliant service from the team. I’ve had my Barbour Dept B jacket altered by this company twice now (breathable lining and sleeve shortening, and then taking in at the waist). Both times have been absolutely perfect and exactly what I was after. Very happy with the service, communication and outcome - fantastic!

My inherited Barbour jacket came back looking and smelling like new with years of life left in it. Comms and service were brilliant.

It took 3 months and multiple e-mails to get my Belstaff Jacket back. The “full” relining was a disaster - they left the original lining around the zip area and stitched in 2 completely different materials. They also failed to complete the other repairs and won’t answer e-mails. They don’t take credit cards and insist on bank transfers up-front, so the small claims court is the only way to get recourse.

I sent a Drizabone coat that had been hanging in the back of a wardrobe for many years for cleaning and re waxing. Instructions for sending the coat, expected turnaround time and return were all clearly outlined. My questions were answered by Karl promptly and politely. My coat has a new lease of life.
It was a pleasure to deal with this company.
