Car arrived on time and though I could not pick up until after work, he stayed late after closing hours to make sure collection still happened. I am very grateful for the service I received. Harry from Waylands came to collect my car first thing in the morning and returned it at the end of the day. Whilst at the workshop I was contacted regularly throughout the day with any relevant updates and questions that service team had and my permission was sought in relation to any unexpected additional work that needed doing including the costs involved in order that I could make an informed decision before work went ahead. The staff that I had direct contact with namely Harry and Jenna were polite and informative. I will definitely be use the services of Waylands Oxford in the future.

This is a true and honest review of my experience with the Waylands Jacoo Bristol motor dealership where I wanted to buy a jacoo 7 luxury black. I dealt with Bradley by phone and email and on the day Oshin the sales manager his was the worst case of pressure selling that I have come across in a very long time and I would never recommend this company and their tactics to anyone. I have now bought my Jacoo 7 Black Luxury from another dealer who I would highly recommend and gave 5 stars to.

Car recalled to check batteries. Wayland undertook the work promptly at a time that suited me. Harry collected the car and returned it letting me know when to expect him.
Overall a stress free experience.

Waylands have a great service department with a comfortable environment and a flexible offering. You can find cheaper outside a main dealership, but I value their diligence and comprehensive approach and have used them for years. The Sales Team delivered what they promised and worked hard to provide me with a great deal and sold me a great car!

Throughout the whole day Haseeb took us through the whole process, demonstrating, setting up our ca,r informing us of all that we needed to know ,in order to drive the car home the very same day. Excellent service received when part exchanging my car for a new Sportage

I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for when I visited Waylands on a Sunday morning. Thankfully Declan R was on hand. He was very patient, explained all options. Allowed me to look at several cars before I opted for a test drive. He came along which was great to get answers to all my questions about the car. Once back he put no pressure on me and gave me ample time to consider options both car and finance. I had a lovely coffee too! Once I chose a car my questions didnt end there and then. He followed up by email promptly and was there for handover. He even came back out to answer another question about a function on the car. Very happy with my purchase.
