Having just moved into my home i ordered 500lts of Kero not knowing the meter reading was faulty the operator could on put in 250lts making the tank full.
i explained this to staff and a female operator made a refund.the staff were completely helpful and friendly.

I had run dry...but WCF saved me!
I had run dry - totally! Not a drop of kerosine left in the oil tank, which I discovered at 11am with guests arriving to the property at 4pm.
Hayley at WCF was wonderful and to my relief and amazement organised me a same day delivery. In fact, 1.5 hours later the driver was there and the tank was filled swiftly and easily.
I am forever grateful for this friendly and sympathetic service. I shall definitely be using WCF again.

Outstanding Service
Following a recent call from Lisa we were able to take advantage of the present low heating oil prices. WCF always provide excellent service and this is just one example of their high level of customer care. Staff are really helpful and professional and deliveries are always quick and efficient. Yet again WCF Fuels have delivered on price, delivery & customer service. Recent third delivery of heating oil went smoothly from online order, free upgrade to premium kerosene with standard kerosene price to Lewis making delivery and giving excellent customer service. Friendly, informative and a very happy Chappy despite the long distance to our delivery point from the road and the wind!! Lisa from the office informing me of delivery time. Why would we go anywhere else but to WCF Fuels

A positive experience.
The oil delivery was made in good time, on the date that they had advised and without fuss. The driver was very friendly and he left the site clean and tidy.

Highly recommend …
WCF are very helpful from ordering through to delivery. The drivers follow instructions, are very polite and have a ‘can do’ attitude. We have now opened an account with WCF.
These comments are based on bad experiences with other oil delivery companies who were happy to abort deliveries and charge a fee.
