Quick delivery.
I ordered on the Thursday night after running out of oil. I called them late on the Thursday and the scheduled a delivery for as soon as they could which was Monday. Was pleased as a lot of companies charge extra for a couple of days delivery. I always shop around for oil as the prices can vary quite a lot but this time they were the cheapest. Id use them again.

Incredible service! Again....
I'm a priority customer for health reasons, but that doesn't in itself explain the incredible service for my latest delivery. I placed my order yesterday morning (Tuesday) and the heating oil was delivered less than 24 hours later.
I realise I was lucky in that I must have just caught the logistical planning for the route, but this is amazing service by any standard.
Delivered by the most friendly and efficient driver, once again WCF Fuels have gone above and beyond. Staggering service!

I am a long standing customer of this company and called to order and pay for over £1000 of heating oil. Because I wanted it delivered the following week the company refused the order !! I was told to ring back in a weeks time.

No nonsense
No nonsense, no fuss, just excellent service. Only hiccup was that the delivery came sooner than I’d calculated, so couldn’t get all of the delivery in the tank, the resultant shortage was refunded immediately without any penalty.
Zero issues with any part of the delivery and service.
