I have ben using WCF for fourteen years. During this time their good service has continued to improve. They have promptly and considerately dealt with any enquiries and issues and provide fuel at a competitive price through fuelfighter. I am now moving to Wiltshire, have recommended WCF to the new house owner and will be sorry to lose the service I have received from WCF.

New to oil.
We moved into a house that uses oil in late January. I didn’t know much about it but the people at Hexham were helpful and the price was good. We have had two deliveries now. Lewis was the driver both times, he is very friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Fabulous Company - and Cheaper than my local buying group too!
I have used WCF fuels for my kerosene for the last 4 years. They are cheaper than the oil buying group in the village. Prices have varied from 24p per litre (summer 2020!) to a mind boggling 103p currently (summer 2022). The ladies who I speak to never mind me trying to decide when to commit (will it go up? Will it go down?) and are always thoroughly friendly and nice. The drivers are great too. I cannot fault this firm and would like to assure them of my loyalty to them. Thank you so much for being my fuel provider. Amanda, North Yorkshire.

One very happy customer!
I ordered some heating oil on Thursday as I was a bit nervous that my tank was getting low with the continued cold weather and was pleasantly surprised to see the fuel truck arrive early on Friday morning (we are 35 miles from Carlisle in the middle of nowhere). Less than 24 hours from order to delivery and at a very competitive price takes some beating.
