Offered me a great price, higher than pex. Whole process was efficient and secure. Their field agent John contacted me prior to collection as advised and arrived bang on time. John was very professional throughout and sorted all of the admin efficiently.

The whole transaction was easy, communication was excellent with phone calls and emails. Dean who collected the bike was friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience selling my motorcycle to WBAB. I received a very good price from the start which was honored and agreed by Matt who turned up on time to collect the bike. Matt made me feel really comfortable about the deferred payment (which is four days) as I was a little bit nervous about letting the bike go, Matt was a true professional and very likeable and a credit to the business. I will certainly use this company again and can highly recommend them to all, just a reminder though that you need to be very honest when you come to describe the condition of your motorbike. Overall a very enjoyable experience, thanks to the team.

Hi they turnrd up we got the bike out coudnt fault it they then said to receive my psyment streight away there would be a £30 charge or it would take 4 days to come through there is no way i would let them take my bike away without payment so i put it back in garage

We LIE any bike.
After putting in a load of accurate info on my bike online I was offered a great quote which given all the factors was fair and in keeping with market value. Allowed me to even set an inspection and collection date.
Called today to formalise and arrange and was told FURTHER checks would be needing done and put on hold, only to be told some absolute fantastic waffle about the computer occasionally getting it wrong , and sadly today I would be affected. I was then offered a renewed quote ( without being asked another question ) which was £1150 less. Absolute cowboys , embarrassed at myself for trusting this lot and will pass onto any biker that's been as silly as I was.

Simple process, excellent driver visit. There was large difference between the 'driver' (well, an office based person that reviews the image taken by the real physical driver) and 'agent' valuations. In retrospect, it all makes sense. Just be prepared to have the online pice go down if there is any signs of corrosion. Overall, please with the pick up service. Just waiting on payment.

WBAB made it easy to sell my bike. I might have got more for the bike selling privately, but it was worth not having to advertise and deal with the hassle of having people come to see it.

Got a very fair price for my motorcycle , the collection agent John , was punctual, and very courteous, explaining every action that he took whilst inspecting the bike , explaining the price reduction due to poor service history .Payment will be processed without further cost in 4 days

Very very poor service, used the online system on Friday to get a price I was happy with for my Ducati Panigale.
Organised Collection for Monday.
Didn't receive the email with price so called Saturday and they said manager needs to sign off and I will get a call back. No call came.
Called Sunday and exact same story, no call came.
Gets to Monday and I was assured a call back by lunch. No call came.
I call back and then they say price was wrong and give me a figure £8000 less than they quoted!!
A waste of a weekend waiting when I could have had it advertised. Will never use again or recommend.
