We were kept fully updated throughout the process, which made everything run smoothly. Brad collected the bike and was a real asset to the company - he called beforehand to confirm his estimated time of arrival and was professional and courteous throughout.

The whole process was very easy and the staff very helpful. A valuation was agreed and paid as agreed. The pick up went quickly and smoothly. They paid a fair market price for the bike. Highly recommended.

Ricardo was very professional & friendly during the collection of my Street Triple, obviously knew what he was doing and took great pride in explaining and carrying out the check process.

Gave me a price, and date to collect. The day before they rang me and said they couldn't do same day payment only 4 day deferred payment. No thanks! You pay for the bike before taking it. This is a limited company, they could take your bike then go bankrupt the next day and you wouldn't get your bike back or the payment.

Was given a quote when l decided to sell my bike which l thought was a fair offer. Ricardo arrived to inspect and re value my bike and the original value quoted was the price l received. Ricardo spent a few minutes giving the bike a thorough once over and took some pictures. Once agreed the money was in my account within 2 minutes. I must say Ricardo was the ultimate professional and a credit to WBABDC.

Decided to sell my bike and contacted We Buy and Bike .com. I treveived a quick response very fair offer.

I accepted and with afew hours my bike was examined and taken away. The money was in my bank before leaving. Especiall thanks to Lewis who took it away for his polite, efficient, friendly manner. I cant fault the process at all.

Added details and received an acceptable valuation. Made an appointment and uploaded photos, then nothing! No contact even after trying to email. I tried this again thinking that there had been a technical problem but same result. Waste of time.

Offered a very fair price and after a thorough inspection by Ricardo who was very polite and easy to talk to agreed that the bike was as described and kept to the price they first offered . For some reason they couldn’t offer instant payment on the day but payment arrived when they said it would . All in all a very easy and satisfactory sale . Wouldn’t hesitate to use again .

Got a valuation for £4,850 online which I accepted and submitted all my bike's details. Nothing had changed from the information the valuation was based on, but I then got a message to say the valuation had dropped to £4,241.
When I called to query this, I was told that they have implemented a new automated valuation system, and it is getting the valuations wrong and so they are manually overriding the original valuations with lower ones.
So please take whatever valuation you are given with a pinch of salt, as once you accept it the amount then falls significantly.
