From the first call to my bike being taken away the process was smooth and simple. I was very honest on the call about any blemishes etc, I got offered a good price for the bike, after inspection I got exactly what was quoted and it was paid instantly (for a £29.75 fee)

Ricardo was great and I’m very happy with the service. As long as you’re honest on the initial call you won’t be disappointed. There was no haggling AT ALL!

Put in for a valuation on the 19 April its now 28 May and I still do not have a valuation despite having chased up with 2 emails, total waste of time.
