Good experience from valuation to collection. The collection was well planned and the collection specialist, Goldie, was very helpful, courteous and reassuring. The bike was thoroughly inspected and the valuation confirmed. Payment was transferred into my account within minutes. A very straightforward and hassle free transaction and I would recommend giving them a try if you are thinking of selling.

Very good company to deal with. Very clean communication, picked up the bike on time and paid me when agreed. Can fault them.

I entered all my details online, was offered £7,300 for my bike so arranged a collection.
They then called before collection, prior to seeing the bike or getting any additional information for me and said the valuation was now £5,000.
Completely unacceptable, and their online valuation tool is just completely fabricated by the looks of things.

Easy to talk to, prompt .

Filled in the details about my bike on line on 5 May. It was acknowledged and they said they would come back to me. I sent a chasing email after not being able to get through on their telephone number but received no reply. It's now 18 May and still no reply so I guess they are not interested. Poor customer service

The process was really easy and very swift. My bike was collected on time and I was informed of movement of collection vehicle.

Friendly helpful driver/valuer Reece, arrived when they said they would, Paid the quoted price.

Communication excellent from both superbikes and the courier, Andrew Humphries was a lovely guy very professional and explained everything to us, after he spoke to Dave in the office the full valuation price was paid. Opted for same day payment and it was in the bank before the bike had been loaded on the van.
This is the second time we have used we buy any bike and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

This is the second time that I’ve used WBAB to sell my motorcycle. The prices offered are fair, obviously there needs to be some profit for them, so factor that in with your expectations. The process is easy and fair. The driver and bike checker Dave was a lovely guy, chatty, personable and again very fair (no quibbling in my case.)
The price you agree initially has always been the price I’ve achieved. I guess this is down to how honest and realistic your initial description of your bike is.
All in all, if you want a fair (not top) price for your bike and can’t be bothered dealing with tyre kickers and time wasters, then this is a really good way to sell your bike. I’m really happy. Thanks 🤩
