Delivery needs to be quicker
Delivery needs to be quicker, prescription can only be issued max 6 days prior to running out. This leaves only a small window for processing and despatch of medication. Delivery by Royal Mail cannot be reliable in this time scale

We appreciate you sharing your concerns about delivery times and the prescription window. We understand how crucial timely medication is and that some surgeries may have different timescales for approval of prescriptions.
Unfortunately we do require 10 days to receive, process and deliver prescriptions.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to 3 working days. We then require up to 3 working days to allow prescriptions to process through our system and to be dispensed and 2-4 working days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver as we use Royal Mail 48hour service. Please note: Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of any stock issue/delays.

Prescriptions arrive incomplete
My presription is for 3 items. You regularly for 6 months send only two items. You don't answer calls or email.
Get yourselves sorted out.
As the various options are all the same business, there is no sense in even trying to change.
Maybe you need a CEO with a conscience.

It is unclear without looking on your account on the reason you only receive 2 items. Our team would need to look into this to establish the reason and to see how to resolve this for your future prescriptions.

My item has been missing for a few…
My item has been missing for a few days, it hasnt been delivered. I have asked them to chase the Royal Mail as I havent had anything from them but...there isnt any assistance or response from Well Pharmacy
